Living In The Gray Area

My brain operates in a very peculiar way, I suppose, and I’ve found myself trying to explain it many times over the years. Though my default setting is largely emotional, just ask my kids, my brain is very analytical in how it processes information, especially emotions. In fact, I can spend hours, months, sometimes even years, exploring a single concept, but in emotional situations, I survive by utilizing the “this too shall pass” mantra.

I can read a history book and not be able to remember one single historical date, no matter how much I study, but I can give you a well thought out synopsis and some incredible insights. The same is true of names. I can literally have a good book open in my hand, be half way through it, enjoying every word, but if you ask me the names of the main characters, I may not be able to tell you. We can talk about the story in detail, but don’t ask me any details about the story. My brain literally does not care.

Perhaps this is a Generation X phenomenon? There is no doubt this is a result of my upbringing, during which I was repeatedly told to toughen up. Stop being a “sissy”. And we’ve all heard, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.” Oh, but they do.

There’s other bits of advice that are absolutely destructive to someone who was born wearing her heart on her sleeve, like “never let them see you sweat”, “fake it til you make it”, or “put on your game face”. The fact is that at this point, unless something is so painful, so overwhelming, and so sudden that I’m unable to mask it, you’ll never know you hurt me, and unless you know me well, it’s likely you’ll never know just how angry you made me.

Unfortunately, the same must be true when it comes to other emotions because I've been called cold, told I'm standoffish, heartless. Unemotional. The truth is that I may love you so powerfully, unconditionally, hold you in such high esteem, appreciate everything about you from the smallest kindness to the grandest gesture, and feel completely inadequate to properly express that. I'm also keenly aware that expressing those emotions makes me unimaginably vulnerable, so to offer them to you openly and without hesitation is the greatest gift, my purest offering, and the height of my bravery.

So, how does this play out in my interpersonal relationships and my day to day dealings with people in general? If I give my brain one minute too long to sit with something that just happened to me, chances are I’m going to start breaking it down, and before long, I’m going to understand perfectly why someone did that thing, or why that thing happened. You can’t be mad when you have understanding. I can’t anyway.

In reality, I have always found it to be a burden that my brain functions in concepts rather than just the cold hard facts. It would be easier to be mad, to plot revenge, to hate you. There have been times when I prayed for that anger because anger is easier and probably more fun.

I can avoid you. I can remove myself from the situation. I might decide I no longer like you. If I have enough love for you, I’ll forgive you, however, I’ll protect myself from you emotionally from that point on. But, I’m not going to seek revenge and I’m not going to hate you for the rest of my life, even though I may well be justified if I did. That is assuming it’s not a long term situation, because eventually you’ll wake the beast. She’s real and she has a temper fueled by so much pent up pain and anger that its pure destruction when unleashed.

However, the pain you caused, the flood of disappointment, the memory of that gut punch, still remains, buried deep within and held close by the little girl who was told repeatedly that nobody cared about her “feelings”.

The Ark of the Covenant

12/24/2022

I was recently browsing Twitter, yeah, I know, but God will use any available tool, even me, but I was browsing and someone posed the question, “Who has in their possession the Ark of the Covenant?” In that mysterious way that I cannot explain, I immediately had the understanding that we, the chosen, are the Ark of the Covenant.

I know what you’re thinking, I once thought the same, but if you continue to view that book in a literal sense you are missing the mark. The words we use every day don’t mean what we think they mean, and this is a prime example. I advise you to make it a habit to research the etymology of the language used in the bible in order to find the meaning in the time it was written. I’ll also remind you that much of the bible is allegorical, it’s parables. The Word is hidden from all but those who seek.

So let’s explore the biblical myth of this Ark of the Covenant. A basic search will tell you that the Ark of the Covenant contained "the golden pot that held manna, Aaron's rod that budded, and the tablets of the covenant (the ten commandments)." If you look at the modern definition of the word “Ark”, you’ll find a reference to the ship that Noah built, a box, a container, and you’ll be referred back to the Ark of the Covenant. That’s a whole lot of words to tell you absolutely nothing of real value.

You’ll also find references to a “sacred” box or container or something that affords safety and protection. All true, there’s no lie there, exactly, because if you can harness the God Within, you can give much power to any object if your belief is strong enough. The lie is in the fact that you’ve been taught to believe that somewhere out there in this world is hidden a literal gold plated wooden chest that houses the power of God, is a mighty, powerful weapon of war, among other things, and man has been searching high and low for it for thousands of years. Another example of the church directing your attention outward instead of inward as Jesus told us to do.

In Old Testament times, an arc was a box deemed sacred by the Hebrew, one of which sat in every one of their synagogues, and was representative of the presence of God among them. You know, like the cross in our churches today is representative of the blood of the lamb. There are millions in the United States alone and the physical cross itself holds no real power. In fact, worshiping the cross is exactly the same as worshiping, say, the guillotine of the Elizabethan age or the electric chair of our own time. Put in its proper context, the cross is a symbol of torture, death, and judgment from the time of Jesus. So, the Ark is representative of an intangible essence, not a literal, physical, anything, and the Ark itself, the presence of God among us, is the fulfillment of God’s promise. Manna is, in its literal sense, sustenance from heaven, which itself flows from the Ark, or the presence of God.

Aaron’s rod that budded, was a phrase used in the Bible to denote evidence of the exclusive right to the priesthood of the tribe of Levi, however, the earliest known use of the word “bud” was somewhere around the early 1500’s and meant “to push forward or to thrust” (Germanic). Later it came to mean a “bag or a purse” (Old Saxon), and it continued to evolve into the word we know and understand today. Did this fabled rod exist at all, and if it did, what was really its significance? I offer you this; in ancient tribal times, the chief of a tribe, or head of a nation, was denoted by the staff that he carried with him. It indicated his place in society and afforded him protection and safety in his travels. It was rough out in them streets.

There’s a very enjoyable story about the explorer Livingstone and his experiences with a particular African tribe, wherein the tribal chief actually gave him a tribal staff as a show of their solidarity, and none in all of Africa would cross Livingstone because of it. Even now our leaders wear various symbols to identify themselves. The President has the presidential seal on their vehicle, military rank is declared by various pins, sashes, badges, etc. We recognize the authority of police officers by their badge. Medical personnel by uniform and stethoscope, etc., etc. Could be as simple and uncomplicated as that. The bible is nothing if not full of hyperbole.

If you have read your bible closely, studied all the teachings of Jesus, you’ll know that He referred to these tablets of the covenant, the ten commandments, as the laws of man; they did not come from God. Not the God of the current understanding of followers of the church, anyway. He further stated that the old covenant was dead and encouraged us to embrace His new covenant [if such a covenant is required by you]. Amazing how stubborn the self righteous can be.

And lest ye forget who Jesus was, let me remind you. Jesus was the whistle-blower of His time and He came with a vengeance. He came with Truth. Who did He come against? The establishment. The kings and the priests of that time. The liars, the deceivers, and the traditions of mankind. They persecuted, slandered, tortured, and then killed Him, while His mother cried, begging for mercy, and offering Him what strength and comfort she could. One of the many beautiful and uplifting stories from this sanctified book of antiquity. Sound familiar? His Word endures.

In biblical times a covenant denoted a “sense of cutting”, specifically in reference to animal sacrifices. The use of the word covenant as you understand it today didn’t exist until the mid 1300’s, and was then used to describe a "mutual compact to do or not do something, a contract," from Old French covenant, convenant "agreement, pact, promise", originally present participle of covenir "agree, meet," from Latin convenire "come together, unite; be suitable, agree," from com- "together" + venire "to come," from a suffixed form of PIE root *gwa- "to go, come." I get no sense of an obligation from that, not to mention an obligation you had no mutual agreement in, nor an obligation that,  if broken by you, would send you to the fiery pits of a mythical realm called “hell”.

The Ark of the Covenant is also known as the Ark of the Testimony or the Ark of God and the Ark always preceded His people. Cherubim are placed above the “seat of mercy” or the covering, and the cherubim are never to be removed. During times of war, the Ark was consulted before engagement and this practice is especially important in the context of spiritual war, which is the origin of all wars, in truth. Today we consult the Ark before games of sport in hopes of leveraging the powers of the Ark to insure a win for our team. Talk about violating the Holy of Holies!

Also, as you are probably aware, given names in the bible are no accident. Each name tells a story, gives warning, or, is prophetic. When the Ark was captured by the Philistines, the old priest, Eli, whose name means “high or elevated”, fell dead upon hearing of it. His daughter-in-law, pregnant at the time, later named her newborn Ichabod, which means “the glory [of God] has departed”. The priest, Eli, is allegorical. Those who are elevated in the church on the backs of false idols, those who worship false gods, are destined to fall, because they do not understand that the true power is within, not without.

That box that they toted around, if they did indeed carry such a thing around,  had no real power except the power given to it by their beliefs. The Philistines, who did not understand or appreciate the power of the Ark, continuously suffered plagues until it was returned to its rightful owners. In the late 1600’s, this story would have been deemed “witchcraft”, had it not been labeled “from God '', and there's enough fodder in that statement for another entire book.

When the Ark was [is] properly placed in the temple, the glory of God fills the house of God. Finally, the Ark is placed under a veil, to conceal it, and it remains concealed today. The Ark, as it turns out, is found on the true narrow path, and only elevated priests and priestesses can behold its true power and glory. I’m just now realizing that the book I wrote titled, “I Left The Church To Find God”, actually explains in full that you are the Arc of the Covenant, and all the powers you truly hold, but here’s another clue for you before I go.

In the book of Revelation, 11:19, it says the prophet saw God's temple in heaven opened, "and the Ark of His covenant was seen within His temple." What else does it say? “A great multitude stand before the Throne of God, who come out of the Great Tribulation, clothed with robes made "white in the blood of the Lamb" and having palm branches in their hands.”

Amen.

The Dark Night of a Soul

12/19/2021

Some time ago, I realized that I often give my best, and sometimes my very worst, to complete strangers in those brief “no expectations beyond this moment” moments, when we have nothing to lose, nothing to prove, or disprove, or defend. No image to project or protect. While thinking about it, I began to wonder if it’s deeper still?

Perhaps it’s a recognition of a kindred spirit and we instinctively bask in the gift of that. Perhaps, for whatever reason, we are driven by the need to feel a real connection with another, if only for a moment. Perhaps it’s the belief that 'this' will end shortly that is so freeing that our masks just slip off. But is it more?

Do we feel more free to show our best self, even our 'true' self, to complete strangers because of the lack of long-term expectations? What does that say about us as a species and our ability to love one another? To have healthy relationships? True, honest, open relationships because this is who I am and I hope you can love me. I trust that you will love me. I want you to love me.

But, from the moment we are born the kaleidoscope begins to spin, and with each turn we are transformed into something that contains all the components of the original, but different. Another version, if you will, as the world around you begins to mold you into something that meets the worlds' expectations of you. Every facet of who we are is formed by the parts of this world that we are subjected to by chance, circumstance, and even fate. We learned to adapt to our surroundings.

In fact, we became so adept at adapting, that there is a version of you for every person and circumstance that you have ever encountered. Because of this, no two people know the same version of ‘you’. The ‘you’ that showed up for work is not the ‘you’ that left your house twenty minutes ago. The ‘you’ that took herself to church last Sunday is not the ‘you’ that cussed out the cashier on Saturday. The ‘you’ that your spouse knows is not the ‘you” your children know, your parents know, your siblings know, your friends know, and most certainly none of them know the ‘you’ that you believe you are based on your own inner beliefs.

That’s a lot to digest, I know, which is why most never realize just how fragmented we have become; because we have become so adept at changing our masks. The world trained us to change our own masks. We change our own masks now.

And all along we believe that we still hold on to the original, we still know who “I am”, and we come to believe that we can only be that when we are alone; completely. As it turns out, peeling back the layers of your ‘self’ is quite addicting and you begin to crave more alone time to do just that. You have now entered what is uncommonly known as 'The Dark Night of The Soul'.

It is within this dark night of the soul that you begin to remove the masks. It is within this dark night of the soul that you go in search of your true self and in doing so, realize that you, yourself, are a fragmented piece of something larger than yourself. A little bit of every ancestor who came before you. A part of society as a whole. A piece of humanity. A fragment of the universe, of source. Of God.

When you open the door to the dark night of the soul, you are greeted by the Hermit. The Hermit leads you down the pathway, shining a light on the dark places. Slowly peeling back the layers of darkness that conceal ‘you’. If you’re brave enough to look into the darkness that is within you, you’ll begin to see your own light.

You’ll view the things that have shaped you from a new perspective, see how it happened; why it played out that way. You’ll recognize the lessons learned and how you decided to use those lessons. Did you use them for your betterment, or to your detriment? Eventually, if you take off enough masks, peer into enough dark places, you’ll find ‘You’. The ‘you’ that is perfectly imperfect.

The Hermit is your guide and it is the Hermit who eventually introduces you to the Magician. If you are willing to listen to the Magicians’ teachings, you’ll learn the magic that is ‘you’. The magic that is humanity; fragments of all that ever was, is, or will be. The Universe. Source. God.

“And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.” - Roald Dahl

And, if you’re really, really lucky, you’ll realize the value and power of The Fool. The Fool worries not. The Fool walks, he leaps, in faith.

What Kind of Society, Indeed

10/9/2021

Listen, I know I go hard when it comes to politics, especially politics that blind us to the real issues with the endless debates, propaganda, lies, statistical manipulating, brainwashing, policy, procedure, mandating, problem/resolution circus, fact-checking, fear mongering malarky. Okay? It is just beyond unreal to me that it works. That there exists a huge population of people who believe what the talking heads say and swallow it hook, line, and sinker. Never question. Never explore ideas outside the mainstream. Are completely incapable of debate and flat refuse to even consider a possibility outside the approved rhetoric, even when presented with evidence to the contrary. I wasn’t made that way and it’s mind boggling to me.

One example is an issue that has been overlooked by every single one of us, which is a travesty and also highlights how effective the above mentioned tactics are, because they have served to take from us basic standards of humanity, care, and dignity. Let’s talk about Biden. I know he’s an easy target. It’s a fact that I don’t know of one instance in his entire political career where he didn’t appear to be a snake in the grass to me. However, it’s my understanding that exploitation of the elderly is a crime in this fine country, as is exploitation of the mentally incompetent.

The federal Elder Justice Act, enacted in 2010, defines financial exploitation of the elderly as, "the fraudulent or otherwise illegal, unauthorized, or improper act... that uses the resources of an elder for monetary or personal benefit, profit, or gain, or that results in depriving an elder the rightful access to, or use of, benefits, resources, belongings, or assets."

Can someone from Health and Human Services do a wellness check on Mr. Biden? His mental decline can not be denied, in fact, we’ve all speculated, made jokes, and basically amused ourselves at his expense, because we were so focused on the politics, but I want you to think about this. He was hidden away for much of “his” campaign. He forgets where he is, who he is talking to, who he is talking about. He confuses his words and has difficulty forming complete sentences. He can’t even follow a teleprompter. He is a classic example of elderly dementia and/or Alzheimer.

Yet, somebody, along with the cooperation of his loved ones, and the entire world, apparently, is propping him up, parading him through the press, and using this elderly, mentally unstable man to further their own political agenda. Using his undeniably impressive political tenure to their own advantage. That’s elderly abuse. That’s exploitation. Regardless of what you think about Biden the politician, can we, for one moment, consider Biden the elderly, dementia ridden fellow human being? Would you allow your own parent or loved one to be used in such a manner? Seriously, what kind of a society have we become? gmj~inside out

The Five Second Rule

9/12/2021

Did you just think about dropped food? In my circle, the five second rule is a rule that states if you drop food on the floor, as long as you get it off the floor in 5 seconds or less, it’s still good to eat. Chances are you already know that. There is also an actual game called the Five Second Rule in which you are asked a question and you have 5 seconds to respond with 3 answers. For instance, name three t.v. cops, or name three songs you know by heart.

The question asked is not the point here; the point is the five seconds. Why? What is the challenge? Your brain can only think about one thing at a time. I know we often say we have a million things on our minds, but it’s physiologically impossible. Today, I’d like to introduce you to the real five second rule, because nothing in this world is as it seems. The powers that be have hidden the truth from you, in plain sight, and I keep trying to point that out. Maybe, I can help you to begin to see.

The world that we live in, call it a matrix if you want, many do, is largely manufactured for purposes that are outside of your “self”. Social control, societal norms, familial traditions, all of which are limiting beliefs. Why? It’s the nature of the ruler of this world to deceive you. Your mission, if you choose to accept the call, is to begin tearing down those veils that keep you from seeing what you need to see to be successful in this reality. To win the game of life. Let me give you a couple examples.

When you meet someone new, you get a general feeling about that person, good or bad. That’s your instinct and/or your intuition. If you don’t grab that initial thought and put it into play within five seconds, your brain will then begin to reason you out of that initial thought or instinct. Your brain may tell you that you don’t even really know that person so you can’t realistically  judge them. Your brain might even remind you that the golden rule is to “judge not”. Your brain is a liar. That’s its job. You know as well as I do that later you looked back and realized you should have followed that initial instinct. You would have been better served by walking away from that person, no explanation required, just move. It happens all the time.

Let me give you another example. Have you ever had an idea pop into your head for a new business or a new product or an idea that would improve an existing business or product? Initially it’s like a light bulb went off in your head, and it’s so logical or reasonable or true, that you wonder how you didn’t think of it before. You now have a mere five seconds to put that thought into motion by jotting it down, giving it your focused attention, or maybe begin researching right away, but you must do something to act on it. Put it into play within five seconds, make it a part of your physical reality somehow, or you’ll lose it.

After five seconds, the chances of you following up are slim. Not impossible, but unlikely. Why? Because after five seconds your brain is going to start explaining to you, based on those limiting beliefs I mentioned above, why it won’t work or you can’t have it. You don’t have time to do that. Where are you going to get the money for that? People will think you’ve lost your mind if you do that. It’s impossible, people way smarter than you have tried and failed. I don’t know how, it’ll be too hard. Uuuugh, it’s an exhausting litany. It’s also not true.

I had such a moment last week while I was at work. The thought popped into my mind, I saw it very clearly, thought to myself why didn’t I think about that before, and then headed to my desk to jot down a note for myself for later. What happened? On the way to my desk I was interrupted, I never wrote that note, and when I thought about it later in the day, I couldn’t remember what that idea was. I can’t even remember the scenario that caused me to think about it. I’ve tried and It’s just gone.

The really frustrating part is that I will remember; later, when someone else catches that thought that I basically released out into the universe, and actually acts on it. It’s probably happened to you before, as well. As soon as you encounter it out in the real world, you remember you had that thought, you just didn’t act on it. But someone else did and now they are reaping the benefits of your thought, what you manifested but didn’t see through. That’s how the universe works.

I know society has taught you to control your impulsivity, and sometimes we do need to do that if the impulse is harmful to ourselves or others, but that’s teaching from the perspective of the ruler of this world. Of course the devil wants you to stop and reconsider. Learning to act on intuition in a positive way, for your own benefit and the benefit of others, makes you the powerful one, and the ruler of this world works to steal your power for itself.

Carry that notebook, stop “the world” if you need to, but act on that initial thought in some physical way. You can play the brain game later if you want, but use it in a powerful way. Unless you are operating by the rules of this world, in a worldly manner, the brain is your tool, not your guide. Your guide is your gut. Your true north. Your instinct and intuition? That’s the Holy Ghost. Start today, start simple, and begin to retrain yourself for your highest good.

Connecting the Dots

9/3/2021

Let's all enjoy a quick lesson in "connect the dots". This could easily turn into an entire tomb-like book, but the intention here is just to make "people" think. A brief little wake up call or an interesting peek into "the rabbit hole". You'll take from it what you wish, of course.

Remember back in 2016 when they terrorized us with the mosquito-borne virus Zika? Never hear about that now, do you? 2014-16 was the Ebola pandemic. 2012, and continuing today, we have the MERS pandemic. 2009-10 was H1N1 (swine flu). 2003 was the SARS pandemic. Did you even know we had a cholera pandemic in the 90’s? 1981 was the AIDS pandemic. Even the seasonal flu is considered a pandemic. But now, we have Covid-19 which has caused substantially fewer deaths than has been contributed to the flu or even pneumonia, both of which are more prevalent, but do you see a difference here?

To so-called “conspiracy theorists”, situations like this are a signal to be vigilant, because history has taught them that when the media pulls our attention in one specific direction, we need to start paying attention to what’s playing out behind the scenes. 2020 was very tricky indeed, because there was so much happening not only in the outside world, but also behind closed government doors. It’s all still playing out, but in the meantime, let me remind you of another time such as this from our history books; The Great Depression.

The Great Depression was manufactured in order to usher in all kinds of “temporary” socialist programs in order to help the depressed masses, which, of course, never went away. If you think I’m exaggerating or paranoid you should probably wake up now. They are still here, they have expanded exponentially, and they have created a certain “mindset” that is pervasive, especially within economically depressed demographics. Not coincidentally, the largest demographic and one I identify with as I grew up in such a community. Temporary assistance is now a permanent crutch, and over the years has bred a certain sense of “entitlement”.

They created a dependence on the government. They “flipped” the script. Shifted the entire dynamic because the “government” is  supposed to be dependent on The People. In fact, The Depression was used to create a new arm of the government now known as “Health and Human Services”. The “welfare” office. Makes sense to create such a “temporary” agency at a time like that, right? What kind of selfish animal would be against helping people?

What else were “they” doing while Americans were suffering from the dire consequences of "their" actions? “They” were creating major federal programs and agencies including the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), the Civil Works Administration (CWA), the Farm Security Administration (FSA), the National Industrial Recovery Act of 1933 (NIRA) and the Social Security Administration (SSA). The Farm Credit Administration was established in 1933 to help combat economic issues during the Great Depression. In total, fourteen new federal arms of government were created by the federal government in “The New Deal”.

Civilian Conservation Corps, Civil Works Administration, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Federal Emergency Relief Administration, Tennessee Valley Authority, Federal Communications Commission, Federal Housing Administration, Securities Exchange Commission, National Labor Relations Act, Rural Electrification Administration, Social Security Administration, Works Progress Administration, Farm Security Administration, and the Fair Labor Standard Act. These agencies are nothing more than agencies of control - control of you.

In hindsight, 80+ years later, can you see the areas of our lives they took control of while they were helping us survive a situation they created? Desperate times call for desperate measures, right? But the people are the only ones experiencing desperate times, and the desperate measures never go away. Let’s see what they were working on in 2016 when they were keeping the masses distracted with the mosquito-borne Zika virus, shall we?

Really, you have to ask yourself what happened in 2015 that caused them to scramble like the rats they are? June 16, 2015, Donald Trump announced his candidacy for President. One of their own, from their own circles, who knows too much and doesn’t play the game by “their” rules. Immediately the stuff hit the fan! A
ccording to a memo released by WikiLeaks, in 2015 Hillary Clinton's campaign instructed the Democratic National Convention to focus on "Pied Piper candidates" Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, and Ben Carson. All conservatives.

Where's there's smoke, there is fire.  So, as usual, they bombarded the masses with misleading and confusing “news reports” in order to educate you on what it is they would like for you to believe. Election cycles alone are a prime example and when you top that off with Revelation-esque killer mosquitoes, and whispers of Russian collusion, you suddenly have a wonderfully manufactured smokescreen.

Not so coincidentally, in 2016, the Trump campaign was the target of a covert FBI investigation known as Crossfire Hurricane, as well as several other independent FBI sources, at the request of the Democratic party, to discover if any coordination existed between the campaign and Russia or if any other criminal activity occurred. What was the end result? A March, 2019 report issued by special counsel Robert Mueller, at the conclusion of his investigations, found President Trump, whether as a candidate or President elect, had committed no crime.

Meanwhile, as it turns out, it was Biden and his son who were selling America out, among others, to the Chinese government. And of course there was the illegal immigrant issue which has been on-going, and which Trump was very vocal about, and now, nine months after he left office, where are we? Oddly, the Clinton trouble still seems unsettled because witnesses against them keep committing suicide. So "they" say.

What else was happening in 2016? A newly formed group called "
Free the Delegates" sought to change the convention rules to include a 'conscience clause' that would allow delegates bound to Trump to vote against him. Another new group called "Delegates Unbound" engaged in "an effort to convince delegates that they have the authority and the ability to vote for whomever they want". Ummm, the problem there, is the delegates are supposed to cast votes according to the apparent wishes of the people. That is literally their job.

Interestingly enough, here are the five most dangerous conspiracy theories of 2016, according to politico.com:

Mexicans and refugees are murderers, rapists and terrorists. The danger: violence. Not violence against Americans by refugees, and no mention of the legal objections to said immigrants, but violence against Mexicans and refugees by Americans. How did that play out?

“There’s something going on.” Yeah, how dare the pee-ons question you? The danger: mass paranoia. The government prefers to orchestrate mass paranoia itself, they claimed that arena, thank you very much. It’s their tool. Let’s look at the actual definition of “paranoia”, which is “a mental condition characterized by delusions of persecution, unwarranted jealousy, or exaggerated self-importance, typically elaborated into an organized system.”

Um, I know you are but what am I? Right? A little of the “pot calling the kettle black”? That’s right. Any elected official who thinks they are above being questioned by those they govern, who feel they are being "persecuted" by those who dare to do so, most definitely has an exaggerated sense of self-importance.  That's just facts, folks.

Hilary Clinton is a Manchurian candidate. A Manchurian candidate is a person, especially a politician, being used as a puppet by an enemy power. The term is commonly used to indicate disloyalty or corruption, whether intentional or unintentional. I don’t really think I need to say much else, except that our government is legitimately full of Manchurian candidates. The danger: Institutional distrust, political polarization. Well, an overreaching government can't have that! Except that they themselves work really hard on that polarization. That’s part of their game.

Vast right-wing conspiracy. Danger: Lack of accountability (from us?). Interestingly enough, here’s a little blurb they (the article author) provided to justify this one, and notice where the lack of accountability really lies.

“This particular one was born during the height of the investigations into then-President Bill Clinton’s business practices and personal life. During a Today Show interview, then-first lady Hillary Clinton dismissed the burgeoning Monica Lewinsky scandal: “The great story here for anybody willing to find it and write about it and explain it,” she said, “is this vast right-wing conspiracy that has been conspiring against my husband since the day he announced for president.”

FUN! I think we all know how that played out, yes? But in 2016 it was Hilary's mishandling of official emails and disappearing and/or destroyed and wiped servers. Not suspicious at all, Hilary.  Next!

Everything is “rigged”. Danger: Disenfranchisement and alienation. So, what happened? Disenfranchisement and alienation. We are teetering on not only a civil war here at home, because of the election, and yet another "pandemic" that is being used to appropriate more individual freedoms to satisfy purported exigent circumstances in the face of evidence to the contrary, but we are also on the verge of  another world war. Needless, and reckless actions were taken by our government, that have armed an enemy of the people of the world.

The elite love a good war. They can steal additional powers from the people and they make bank! It also makes some of us wonder what they're really doing that they felt the need to up the ante in terms of what we are dealing with currently. The campaigns of Trump and Sanders repeatedly alleged during the primaries that the nomination process is rigged. Trump claimed that in states without voter ID laws in place, fraud will be rampant. I am not even going to say it.

Here are some "theories" that got “honorable mention” by politico.com:

*Pharmaceutical companies are hiding the connection between vaccines and autism. Danger: Death  But, it’s been proven and lawsuits have been pursued and won. How do you not know this?

*Big agricultural companies are hiding the negative effects of genetically modified foods. Danger: Higher food costs, damage to the environment. Is there even anyone left who doesn’t know this is true?

*Ted Cruz’s father took part in the assassination of President Kennedy. Danger: A trip down the rabbit hole. I never heard that one but I can’t make this stuff up, people. More people should take a trip down the rabbit hole, if by that you mean they question everything and especially the government. You should question everything and especially your government. The United States government, a Republic, was never meant to be autonomous. All but the Ted Cruz theory have played out right in front of your eyes and you still can’t see?

Let’s look at another “conspiracy theory” that took the whole world by storm; 9/11. We’re not going to rehash all the theories here. Those were part of the distraction, you see? Instead of investigating legitimate questions brought forth by the people, they spend considerable time convincing you that the evidence is fake. But what's important, in this writing, is what happened while you were distracted. Just off the top of my head, TSA and the Patriot Act. Two of the worst freedom stealing, sheep training, entities employed against the American people since the Great Depression. Up until now, of course.

No longer can you travel “freely”. Now you must remove clothing items, be searched, groped, scanned, and otherwise violated to earn your seat on that plane, in spite of the fact you paid cold, hard cash for it, and age, ability, nationality, not even the legal obligation of "reasonable suspicion", are barriers to the federal gropers. And many complied because you were afraid. To make YOU feel more comfortable. Now, it's the new norm, and we all adjust our lives to make additional time to get through "security", just in case our tube of toothpaste is an ounce or two over the "limit", or somebody didn't like the idea of putting certain "suspicious" items in the bag they checked.

God forbid someone has a loose battery rolling around in their carry-on, or in my case, nail clippers.  That's right, I made the cut for an extensive search of my carry on bag, meaning all my personal items were displayed for everyone to see, while a federal employee rifled through it and then literally examined my nail clippers and the case they came in looking for contraband and/or trying to figure out how I planned to use said clippers to take out a plane full of passengers.

Wikipedia states that the Patriot Act expanded surveillance abilities of law enforcement, including by tapping domestic and international phones; eased inter-agency communication to allow federal agencies to more effectively use all available resources in counter-terrorism efforts; and increased penalties for terrorism crimes and an expanded list of activities which would qualify for terrorism charges.

They go on to say the law is controversial due to its authorization of indefinite detention without trial of immigrants, and due to the permission given to law enforcement to search property and records without a warrant, consent, or knowledge. Since its passage, several legal challenges have been brought against the act, and federal courts have ruled that a number of provisions are unconstitutional.

It contains many sunset provisions as well and before the sunset date, an extension was passed for four years which kept most of the law intact. In May 2011, President Barack Obama signed the PATRIOT Sunset Extensions Act of 2011, which extended three provisions. These provisions were modified and extended until 2019 by the USA Freedom Act, passed in 2015. In 2020, efforts to extend the provisions were not passed by the House of Representatives. They had no intention of ever letting that Act go.

If that’s not concerning enough, you should consider whether or not you fall under the category of a “terrorist”, which was also expanded after 9/11. Particularly “home-grown terrorists”. Religious “fanatics”, of course. Also meaning Christians, or perhaps non-Christians, depending on what angle they’re working. Doesn’t matter that freedom of religion was built right into the Constitution.

Gun owners of course. Nevermind that gun ownership was specifically addressed in the Constitution. Survivalists! Yeah, we can’t have people living independent of the system. Those people are the most dangerous. Let’s call them cults or militias and put them on the list.

The list goes on and on, of course you can’t find it online anymore for some weird reason, unless you already know exactly where to find it. On American google, anyway. Yes, that’s a thing. Which brings me back around to those pesky “conspiracy theorists”. How dare they question the narrative?! Questions "them"?!

It was the government itself that coined the term “conspiracy theorist” in the first place, set the tone and meaning of the term they made up, and then bombarded the masses with their new word in a very derogatory manner, and you follow their lead like little lost sheep.

If you think for one second that what we’ve allowed to happen during this latest so-called pandemic is going to go away any time soon, and without a fight, all of which was sold to you as "temporary", then you are the one that’s delusional. I would suggest you cozy up with the nearest conspiracy nut and try to get caught up on what’s really happening, because it’s happening right in front of your eyes.

While you live in fear of a virus that they can’t scientifically prove even exists, which kills fewer people annually than the seasonal flu, according to their own numbers, the vaccine for which has proven to be no vaccine at all but gene therapy, they are rapidly legislating the end of our freedoms in response to a situation they created, and are doing so
at your insistence. It’s going exactly as planned.

Forsaken

And at the ninth hour, Jesus cried out with a loud voice, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"

This verse has caused me many hours of contemplation and questioning. Why would Jesus feel “forsaken”, and why at this particular moment? Not while he was being slandered and maligned. Not while he was being hunted and persecuted. Not even when he was being beaten and nailed to a cross. No, it's now, at that specific moment, that He feels forsaken. In the ninth hour.

Many times I’ve brought this question before God and always there was no answer given. I have asked others repeatedly to no avail. I have read the Word, seeking answers, and I have sat in silence and waited. For naught. Tonight, unasked and unprovoked, the answer was given. Not a moment before it was time - in Divine timing, which itself is a little bonus lesson for me, personally. I'm not what I would call the most patient of students.

I will endeavor to give to you my understanding as it was given to me, but sometimes it’s given in a flash of insight and I am left with the essence of the knowledge and have to suss out the words to convey it. But, here goes.

We are seeds that have been planted in the earth, and in order for a seed to grow it must first break open. The stronger the seed, the harder the blow required. The longer the process. Seeds are broken open by the elements. Man is broken open by pain, which comes in many forms but always with the same effect. Through pain we are weakened and it is when we are weakened completely that we surrender. We “break”. It is at that moment that light can finally enter the seed to activate its growth, and it is at that moment that The Light enters “man”.

Jesus felt forsaken in that moment because that was the moment just before He surrendered to the process. Could He have surrendered sooner? Presumably. Could He have had a misunderstanding of what He thought would happen? Possibly. He believed, and taught, that “the wages of sin is death", and He was without sin.

Understand this, Jesus was God but Jesus was also human. He came to walk AS man, a LIVING example for us to follow. As humans, even when our faith is strong, we fear the unknown. Doubt still creeps in. Otherwise, we would have no need for faith at all.

We know Jesus had these moments because He asked God to let this cup pass from him. But in order for the prophecy to be fulfilled, in order to receive the glory of God through rebirth of the Spirit, we must surrender
all to Him. All the fear, the doubt, and the pain, yes, but also, and most especially, our preconceived notions; our "earthly" ideals and ideas. Everything and all of it. We must die to "self".

And remember, the potter does not repair or rebuild a beautifully intact work of art. The potter begins His work with something broken, or with a lump of clay; something with no form. And what does the bible say about surrendering?

“If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself. Whoever does not is not worthy of me.  Be transformed by the renewal of your mind. (Side note: “self” is created in our own mind. An entity we created so that we can fit into our current environment. “Self” is what the world has made you believe you are.) Trust in the Lord and do not lean on your own understanding.

Any one of you who does not renounce all
[that he has/is] cannot be my disciple. Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time He may exalt you. And after you have suffered a little while, [there will be suffering], the God of all grace will Himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”

“Then Jesus, calling out with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” That was all He had left to surrender. "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.”

The water referred to here is the water of life, the amniotic fluid, from which physical man is born. [not baptism] The Holy Ghost is “Spirit”, and only Spirit can birth a new Spirit. Believe me when I say this, you can not hide from the Holy Ghost. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God. 1 Corinthians 2:10 You can fool a lot of people a lot of the time, even yourself, but you can not fool the Holy Spirit.

"Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words."

"For John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy—the Son of God."

Birth is painful, and  ultimately, death is something we do alone. None can take that journey with us, but death itself is only a “moment” in time. Just a moment in our journey. We have to choose it or surrender to it to be reborn. [For·sak·en /fərˈsākən/ adjective / abandoned or deserted].

But why the ninth hour? That seemed significant; specific. Why is the number nine so special? The 'Fruit of the Spirit' comprises nine graces: love, peace, suffering, gentle, good, faith, meek and temperance. The 'Gifts of the Spirit' are 9 in number: the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, tongues, and interpretation of tongues. Coincidence? There’s no such thing.

From doowons.com:

"Before we start one must understand that numbers were not invented, they were discovered.

To understand Nine one must consider Numerology. The Number Nine is the last number in a base 10 system. Which is
the last and limit of ALL that is material. The Number Nine holds a code that affects every person on earth. This hidden code reveals a great truth and is encoded into the construct of our universe. Nine is not just a number, it is consciousness itself.

The process of reducing a number down to one digit is called by many names and is common practice not only in numerology, but in mainstream science. Since numbers are at the heart of Quantum Mechanics and Quantum Language, then one would have to consider numbers are an inherent part of this universe.

Composed of three trinities (3 times 3 equals 9), nine represents the principles of the sacred Triad taken to their utmost expression. Nine has been and still is considered thrice sacred and represents perfection, balance, [and] order, in effect, the Supreme Superlative.

From a numerological perspective, the 9 simply takes over, like the infamous changeling. Any number that was initially increased by a factor of 9 loses its own identity and instead takes on the characteristics of the 9. Some may call Nine the Singularity.
[I and the Father are One] The Hebrews referred to nine as the symbol of immutable Truth. Nine is the number of the one who accomplishes the divine will. According to the Cabal, it is also the number of “achievement”. The free-masons have made it the eternal number of human immortality.

[This number is] The Number of man, as a numeral symbol of his gestation (nine months). [The] Number of the hierarchy, represented by nine choruses of the Angels. [Also]Representing the three divine manifestations in the three planes, world of spirit, world of thought, world of matter, which gives a triple manifestation of Trinity (3 x 3=9)."

There is so much hidden knowledge in the Word that can only be revealed by God Himself, The Holy Ghost, which is why you are instructed to seek. What you read in your bible and what most "see"? Just the breadcrumbs that you have to follow to find God. You were not instructed to seek out a church and believe what you are taught. You were instructed to seek HIM.

The Lord looks down from heaven on the children of man, to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God.

Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up.

There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.

The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light, but if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. Note: notice how he uses [eye] in the singular? Not an accident. He is referring to the 3rd eye. The eye of discernment.

Remember that there are no coincidences and everything is connected. Follow the clues, connect the dots, learn to listen, and soon you’ll be on the path.

What Abuse Survivors Wish You Knew...

12/6/2020

Recently, I had some dealings with a person that very quickly became something of a challenge for me. I’ve had a lot of these situations pop up in my life in the last year, and initially, I wondered why the hell I keep encountering the same relationship dynamics. Now, however, I recognize them for what they are; tests. I don’t know if I’m subconsciously testing myself, or if Spirit/God is testing me to see if I’ve learned the lessons that even I recognize I needed to learn.

I realized at the end of this particular incident, after much analyzing, that it didn’t matter which it was; what mattered is that I have learned the lesson. I have healed that part of myself that allowed these unhealthy relationships to play out in my life. I very quickly recognize them for what they are and I remove myself from the situation, often with no questions asked and no quarter given. They simply are not for me anymore. That is growth. That is self love. I win!

Let me give you a little peek into the unhealthy thought process of someone who has been systematically abused mentally, physically, verbally, and emotionally, who had long-term exposure to one or more narcissists and then gravitated toward narcissistic partners because of the familiarity of that relationship dynamic. Their initial response, always, is to try to figure out what is lacking within themselves that they can’t be what others need. They question what their gut and logic is telling them and reallocate blame and short-comings onto themself.

They are easily swayed to believe that they are, somehow, the problem and, therefore, can single-handedly improve the situation, while at the same time recognizing that things are happening that shouldn’t be acceptable within that relationship. The mental battle rages unchecked as they play their own devils’ advocate. Understand that the role of the victim in this context is always to be the “fixer”, to be what the other needs without regard to their own needs or in the hope that if they achieve some elusive goal, the other will then meet their needs.

When you have been part of unhealthy relationships over and over, and you recognize that you are the common denominator in every one of them, you begin to believe that you must be the problem. This is reinforced by those that are so good at finding, and using, your weaknesses against you that it begins to look like you’re the only one who doesn’t “see” it. You begin to believe that if you improve this, if you change this about yourself, if you stop doing that, or become better at something else, if you let go of another piece of “you”, then the relationship will improve, life will become more comfortable where you’re at, and you will not be a failure. You will not fail to make this relationship last.

The truth is, and it’s been proven, that there are tell-tale signs every abuser looks for when picking their next victim. These master manipulators know, instinctively, what the victim needs to be drawn into their web, and they lead with that consistently until their prey has dropped their guard to such an extent that they can basically begin maneuvering them like chess pieces on a board.

Calling people out on these behaviors always backfires for those trapped in this mindset, again, because the master manipulator always knows how to use their weaknesses against them. The victim ends up feeling worse about themselves, and feeling guilty for the less than positive thoughts and feelings they begin to have about their abuser. The other, equally damaging, aspect that makes this dynamic work is the fact that the master manipulator manipulates everyone who wanders into their messed up force field.

Others in their life will never see the side that they show their victim(s)
, thereby limiting their victim’s access to help from those outside the vortex of hell they find themselves drowning within.
They hide from everyone but their victim. Nobody believes the victim, because they’ve only been shown the jovial side, the good friend, the helpful neighbor, and the image both project when they're in public for fear of retribution when they return to the seclusion of their home.

I’ve realized that I’m no longer comfortable with that “familiar” dynamic. I no longer spend much time questioning myself, no longer hesitate to avoid or remove myself from uncomfortable situations, and I no longer take on the doubt as though it’s mine. Doubt is yet another of those gifts that people give to us without forethought or care. I now give the benefit of the doubt to myself, especially if doubt keeps coming around. In other words, I’ve extinguished the gaslight. I am no longer a victim.

So, this challenging person started ringing my alarm bells very quickly, but what I’ve noticed is that my response is different. In this, as in so many other situations now, I slip into the role of observer. I see the game for what it is, I give fair warning that I see the game, that I’m not going to play, and give an opportunity for them to take corrective action. If you don’t know, and refuse to learn, how to treat me, how to love me, respect me, be a friend to me, a positive force in my life, I will watch you push me from your life like a lab geek watching a rat work it’s way through a maze.

There came a point when I recognized that I was slipping into past behaviors, going back and forth in my head and considering all options. Doubting what I suspected, ignoring how I felt. What should I do? Do I want to keep trying to make this work? Do I even care at this point? The answer came to me and settled this issue for me once and for all. How do we decide if we are “done” with any relationship, or should be?

Two things:
If someone is, in fact, doing things that make you question yourself, doubt what logic is showing you, wonder what you are doing to keep that thing from sailing smoothly, thinking that you are the problem, then he/she is not ready for relationship and you deserve better. If you love yourself, you must walk away.
If, however, they aren’t doing any of those things and you are just suspicious and untrusting because you have not healed yourself from past relationships, making you the destructive force, then you’re not ready for relationship and they deserve better. If you genuinely care about them, you must walk away.

Understand?

If it’s a new relationship, and by new I mean you’re in year one, and you are already feeling some kind of way and it’s a struggle during what should be the best damn year, GET OUT NOW. Remember, people always put their best foot forward. They’ll spend months showing you an image of who they aspire to be because they want you to like them. They recognize that they need to improve to match you, and in reality, it’s that potential self growth that attracts them to you to begin with, meaning, you represent, in some way, something they wish to manifest into their own life.

Interacting with you will cause them to “become who they aspire to be” to keep you in their life, to be a good “match”, whether that be friend, lover, spouse, or a family member, it doesn’t matter. Being a part of your life, having you in their life, should make you both "better” somehow. Essentially, they learn to match your vibrational energy, which improves their own, and like a ripple effect, other areas of their life begin to improve as well. That’s how healthy relationships with healthy people work. Healthy people and healthy relationships add value.

The other side of that, the unhealthy, unhealed aspect, is that they aimed too high and can’t “become” that, or you aimed too low. When you find yourself dealing with someone who can’t meet you where you are, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, whatever the case may be, your efforts are either very short-lived, or you essentially allow the person to drag you down to their level and your life begins to reflect that. These are unhealthy relationships and we all need to learn to recognize them quickly.

If it was a good relationship, then none of the above issues would ever come into play. Misunderstandings, yes. Arguments, yes. Never distrust. Never doubt. Doubt in your value and worth, doubts about your person’s value in your life. Not acceptable. You want someone you truly love and appreciate to know how important they are to you, or you should. And nobody that truly loves and appreciates you would want you to be with anyone who can’t or won’t love you like you deserve to be loved.

Sometimes the best way to love someone is by getting out of their way so they can have the love they deserve, even if the one who can love them properly isn’t you. The same applies if you are not receiving the love you deserve. The first step to healthy relationships is first learning to love yourself. How can you ask someone to love you when you don’t even love yourself?

One of the most powerful things I ever heard was this, "We teach people how to treat us by what we are willing to tolerate". Fact. It is also true that we teach people how to love us by how we love our self. Every relationship you have mirrors the love you have for your self. Master loving yourself first, and by your example, others will know how to love you.

Love is a great word, a powerful word, because love is both an action, it’s something we “do”, and it’s also something else more intangible; it’s a feeling. If you’re not “feeling” it, then that’s not the relationship for either of you. You both deserve better. This is the essence of “self-love”. Without healthy self-love you will never have healthy relationships. Broken people attract broken people and hurt people, well, they hurt people. As within, so without.

Be Careful What You "Gift" To Others

I saw this image on Facebook and it immediately sparked an argument between my mind and my emotions. Let me share some things with you.
Picture
Sometimes these arguments are so instantaneous, the back and forth conversation seemingly overlapping it happens so rapidly, that the whole thing takes only a split second, start to finish. Information comes in very quickly, is either immediately accepted or immediately rejected, and I am left with both a sense of wonder, and a knowing.

When these rapid fire internal discussions are over, every time and without fail, I find that I have learned something about myself, and I have been given an insight that will serve to make me a better person. Not all of my internal arguments go this smoothly. I think that sometimes the insight, or lesson, is so painful or complex that we subconsciously protect our self by instinctively abandoning the process of facing it. Other times we circle around the issue, take smaller steps toward the lesson in order to prepare ourselves, and, often for me, the truth just smacks me in the face and I deal with the aftermath the best I can.

So, what started the argument? I identified with the statement written on the photo, was instantly startled by the fact that I did, and why, and then immediately mourned the fact. I felt an acute sense of loss. Then, the emotional part of me  rather forlornly asked, “Why do you believe you can’t have the prince?” My “higher self” decided to chime in, “You know your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. If you really believe that, then you’re the problem.” Shut-up “higher self”! Mind was a little taken aback by that, couldn’t argue with that, but immediately pulled the answer from a deep well of unrealized truths that it had secreted away, “Because my father made me believe.”

Clearly, my most complicated, messed up, somewhat terrible, not necessarily healthy, relationship is/was with my father, and that’s saying something considering the relationship difficulties I shared with my mother. I want to believe he had so much love for me, that he tried to be his best version for me, and that every word and deed came from his love for me. I choose to believe that he loved me to the best of his ability. He has, without doubt, been one of the most influential people in my life in terms of who I believe I am and my sense of self-worth. Having said that, he was, at times, a destructive force in my life.

Lately I’m hyper-vigilant about the focus of my thoughts and the words that I bring forth because I become more aware of the power of both every single day. In turn, I hear the truth of what people are saying to me more clearly than I ever have before. I’ve mentioned before the “gifts” that people give to us, often without knowledge or forethought, and in the context of this writing, my father often gave me two gifts simultaneously, without realizing the power of his words. What follows is the essence of a familiar “talk” that I received from my father over and over during the course of my formative years. There were many, but this one is representative of my point here.

“Ain’t no knight in shining armor going to come save you, sissy. Nobody is coming over that hill on a big white horse to save the day. Don’t ever put yourself in a position where you have to rely on a man. Make sure you have your own job, your own money, and your own car.”

Do you see what he did there? The epitome of the mixed message, he repeatedly told me that I’m on my own, I can’t “count on” anyone, but I most definitely can’t rely on, and certainly should not trust, men in particular. He also gave me some solid, indisputably good advice; be prepared and capable of taking care of yourself. Advice that has served me well and which I have passed along to my own daughter (minus the knight in shining armor part). In trying to prepare me for life, he both handicapped me and gave me strength in very short order. Rinse and repeat until it became a mantra in my head and both were set in stone in my subconscious.

Fast forward to adult Ginny. I’m strong and independent. I can take care of myself and I pride myself on that fact. The flip side, not surprisingly, is that I rarely ask for, expect, or accept help from anyone, even if I desperately need it. It’s also rare that I fully “trust” anyone. I extend to everyone a trial size amount of trust, and a not insignificant amount of unearned respect; tokens of friendship and courtesy in an otherwise uncivilized world, but I’m on guard. Baby steps going in, but retreating like the hounds of hell are after me at the first hint of betrayal, perceived or real.

I’m often so protective of myself that I rarely reveal the true depth of my feelings or express the entirety of my thoughts. Odds are you’ll never really know unless you evoke an emotion so powerful, or so overwhelming, that the sudden onslaught prevents me from masking it and the evidence of it is written all over me, or welling up unchecked in my eyes, or, it overflows and I return the same to you, now so powerfully magnified that all who bear witness are left to marvel at what happened.

Best case scenario, and what I am slowly learning to do, is to regulate all the emotions in a healthy way. Not for my own protection, because if I feel affected or injured in any way it’s already too late for that. All that's left for me at that point is the lesson. No, it's because I understand that “hurt people hurt people”. Let me show you.

What if my father’s “truth” hadn’t come from his own traumatic childhood experiences, during which he watched his beloved mother suffer at the hands of his own abusive father? What if his mother had been more loving and protective toward him and his siblings, instead of the cold, hard woman that I perceived her to be? What if his childhood mind hadn’t grasped onto the idea that his mother was tied to his father, and therefore couldn’t save any of them, because she was unable to take care of herself? The actual truth, from my own adult perspective, is that his mother was incredibly strong and resourceful. She stayed in that situation for reasons of her own.

But, that wasn’t my father’s belief and he never healed enough to view it from any other perspective. This is how generational curses work. It’s why they work. His unhealed and damaged father was drawn to his, most likely, unhealed and damaged mother, and, together, they caused enough damage that it affected the reality of at least four generations. From that context, his motivation for the constant reinforcement of the “knight in shining armor” story to his little girl did come from a loving place, but it didn’t come from a healed place and was therefore damaging.

What if my father had healed that pain before he gifted it to his own child? What if he had then had something more positive and cohesive to pass on to her? What if he had been able to set her on the right path, from a healed perspective, instead of setting her on the path littered with ticking time bombs, faulty expectations, and harmful beliefs? Maybe she wouldn’t have self-sabotaged her way through much of her own life.

See, for me, the prince is but a metaphor and is representative of my default expectation of everyone that I encounter, and I’m rarely disappointed in that because that’s exactly how limiting beliefs work. They tend to be self-fulfilling. Yes, there have been exceptions, exceptional human beings that have overpowered my default, some to disprove, others to reinforce. Yes, I did come to this realization rather late in life and have therefore caused damage with my own children. I have to live with that.

But I’m aware of my own brokenness, and I seek healing so that I can repair some of that damage now and prevent it from being passed on to yet another generation, though I fear I am too late. I can still make my children aware, admit to and take ownership of my own mistakes, but only mine, and begin the healing process.

My children are, in many ways, already better versions of their parents; from my own perspective it’s a truth. There is the chance that their damage just looks different than mine and therefore I perceive it as better or not as extensive. I want to believe that they know that, in spite of my faults, I loved them more than anything else in this world. I guess only time will tell us the truth of it.

So, that’s the effect that little picture had on me today, and it ended up dominating the whole day, truth be told, while I shifted through it all and came to my final thoughts and conclusions. That picture serves as yet another reminder of how powerful a force thoughts and words can be. Someone I don’t even know had a thought, slapped it on a meme, and sent it out into the world, a veritable bear trap waiting for me to stumble across it.

Be careful what you send out into the world. Be mindful of the weight of your thoughts and the power of your words, not only on yourself, but on others as well. Be careful what you “gift” to others.

Guard Your Thoughts

Once upon a time, I moved all the way down to Mississippi for a job; for a new start. A state that had never even registered on my radar in terms of a place I would want to live. The years that led up to that decision were some of the hardest of my life. So painful and disheartening that I had literally lost my inner compass, and quite frankly, I was ready to walk through whatever door offered a glimmer of what I needed at that time. Stability. A measure of peace. The chance to rebuild some faith in my fellow man.

I had what I perceived as a “false start” prior to the opportunity that led me to Mississippi, and even though that left me feeling even more discombobulated and led me back to the place of my discontent, I see now that it served a purpose. I hold on to the people and the places I encountered in Virginia, forever in a special place in my heart, and I often reflect on experiences there and the lessons I learned during that time. All of this was completely out of character for me, but in hindsight, I realize that was the whole point.

I arrived in Mississippi with little more than some clothes and personal items that were necessary to get by, and checked into a hotel that would be my home for the next couple of months. I knew exactly one person in all of Mississippi and that first year was a whole lot of adjustments, I won’t lie. New job, new attitudes to deal with, a few “characters”, new ideals, new places to explore, new challenges, and quite frankly a new Ginny, because I had been fundamentally changed. It was hard.

To say 2020 threw us all a curve ball would be the understatement of the century, putting us all into situations that we could never have foreseen, and for the most part, we were unprepared for across the board. I, like many others, soon found myself unemployed, with no immediate prospect for reemployment in the field I had spent the bulk of my career mastering. It has been unsettling, to say the least.

Until recently, I was averaging 12 applications a week through Indeed alone. That average has fallen off lately because I have literally exhausted their current job postings. I have utilized other sources as well, but prior to this week, I scored exactly one telephone interview. One phone interview in four months' time. I was beginning to lose hope. I was stepping into fear. I was getting pissed off! It was time to stand back and take another look at this situation, which brings me to the point of this writing.

Every painful, scary, unforeseen experience since my world “fell apart”, every closed door, every false start, has served to push me in a direction I would never have taken otherwise, but in hindsight has been advantageous to me. I have come to love this area that I live in, have met some extraordinary people, built what I believe are some lifelong friendships, had some new experiences that will stay with me forever, and have had the chance to once again find my “center”. Even when I struggled, I was loving every minute of it and I will never regret the impulse that led me here. I am now stronger than ever, and the last few months have proven that to me.

I began to question whether I was needlessly struggling because my purpose here had been served, and I was subconsciously fighting the next step in my evolution. When I looked back, I realized that things seemed to fall into place easier, and work out to my advantage, when I quit resisting the change. Unless I am the driving force behind it, change is never comfortable to me. I like my comfort zone. I like my routine. I like being in control. Anyone who knows me, knows I’m speaking the truth.

But, there is a lesson here, not only for me, but for all of us. Sometimes, all you can do is all you can do, and that has to be enough. There are no coincidences, and everything happens for a reason. Yes, my world has been turned upside down again and I may have to make another major change in my life, but I have come to terms with that fact. I am doing all I can do and beyond that I have to hold on to the faith that I am being led to something better. To hold on to any other belief would be foolish and serves no purpose.

I think we are all in that place. 2020 and Covid-19 has turned our world upside down and when we come out the other side we will never be the same again. We can fight it if we want, but that will not turn back the hands of time. What’s done is done. All that we can do, all that any of us can do, is everything we can to the best of our ability, and then have faith that the outcome will find us in a better place. Denying the fact that we are in a transition is impossible at this point as the world as we know it appears to be crumbling before our eyes.

But, we need to hold on to the belief that we will come out the other side better, stronger, and more centered. To entertain thoughts to support any other outcome would be beyond foolish, because as within, so without. This is a difficult concept to fully comprehend and even more difficult to put into practice, but your outer world is a direct reflection of your inner thoughts. This is the key to “faith”.

For those with a more secular understanding of the world, it’s the Law of Correspondence and/or the Law of Attraction in action; “manifestation” in its purest form. So, “guard your thoughts” is more than just a suggestion in passing. More than a quaint little saying. It’s a biblical principle and a universal law.

And here is a word of warning to those who would wield this power for selfish gains or to cause harm to another; as you sow, the same you will reap. This is the Law of Cause and Effect. What you dwell on, you create. What you sow in thought, you reap in experience. And if you wield that power with selfishness or malice, it will circle back to you—without fail.

Guarding your thoughts isn’t optional—it’s the foundation of your reality. Wield that power with care, with intention, and with love, because it will return to you multiplied. Your world, and the world around you, will always rise—or fall—to the level of your mind.

Choose wisely. Know that you are powerful beings and learn to wield that power in a positive way. Your inner world writes the script for your outer world. So choose the thoughts that build, not break. Shape, not shatter. Guard your thoughts… because your future depends on them.

This is the reason we can't have a legitimate discussion about the current state of our government. I don't care which party you are or what the topic of discussion is, my first question is this: "Are they even allowed to do that; is it constitutional?" Democrats with their "thieving by way of emotional guilt" politics and Republicans legislating their biblical concepts? You're both wrong.

The Constitution protects the individual from both of you. If you are supporting anything that interferes with "personal freedom", you are violating the Constitution. Teaching children biblical concepts in the public school system is just as wrong as legislating universal healthcare, forcing one to pay another's fair share, and fining us to force compliance. Wrong.

I don't care how warm and fuzzy or morally upright it makes you feel to do it. Simple fact is, you are violating someone's free will. Of course we don't want the babies to go hungry. Of course we want to care for the sick and the elderly. Of course we want our nation to be morally upright, charitable, loving. That is not something you can legislate. Morality is taught at home and we ALL know where charity begins. You can't legislate any of that. Don't believe? Look where it has gotten us. Look at the "fruits of your labors".

Fact is, if the government, aka "the people", would stop sticking it's nose in where it doesn't belong, we would not be fighting each other in the hell-hole we currently find ourselves in. The federal government was given limited powers for a very good reason. The individual states were given more than the federal. You know why? Because the people govern.

It's a lot harder for state officials to hide from the people than federal. They live in your neighborhoods, they go to your churches, and their children go to school with yours. They understand how the people of their state view the issues and the people of each state can decide how to run their own. And guess what? If YOU don't like how one state is run, you have the choice to move to one that aligns more with your personal moral system.

That was the plan, anyway. But now, the federal government is so out of control it doesn't really matter what state you live in; they're all under the same federal control. You can walk right in your state capital and knock on office doors. You can't knock on the President's door. Not for 4 years. But, you know who was given the most power of all government officials? The county Sheriff. Yeah, that guy.

That guy stands between the people and ANY local, state, or federal government office that would violate your individual rights or freedom. And guess what? He lives right there in the same county as you. He's going to face you across that intersection. He's going to face you in the grocery store. He's going to face you on the street. The beautiful part of this is there are remedies available to the people to have the Sheriff removed immediately if he's not satisfactorily performing his duties.

But, even the sheriffs don't understand that simple concept. They don't know their job and therefore, they don't do their job. And you don't know it either, or you'd make them do it. Y'all been SLEEPIN! America isn't any better than any other country at this point, aside from the fact we put lipstick on the pig. He who has the most money, the most friends, the most influence, wins.

The only authority left to the people is the right to vote, and even the legitimacy of that process is called into question and has been since Bush supposedly beat Al Gore. Remember? I didn't think so. When ballots were recounted by hand, Florida's electoral votes should have gone to Gore, not Bush, assuring him the win. The machines caused a miscount.

The beauty of our Republic was that the lion's share of authority was given to the people. To YOU. To your neighbor. You best learn how to get along with him, he has just as much authority as you. Unless he is stealing your property or causing you physical harm, you have no right to interfere with him and vice versa . Imagine how simple our lives would be?! How much more prosperous and peaceful? Our squabbles could be very quickly and easily resolved.

We wouldn't be supporting charitable government agencies that not only mismanage the money they steal from us, but also use most of that money for operating expenses. We wouldn't be supporting prisons that are overfilled with people put away for victimless crimes (hint: there is no such thing - no victim/no crime).

Slavery would have never existed. The fight for women's rights would never have been a thing. We wouldn't have wasted years and uncounted tax dollars assuring "the right to marry" anybody. We most definitely wouldn't be in the middle of a "mask war"!

We are a nation of "Karens". It's none of your damn business! Go home and count your money, teach your children according to your moral standards, spend more time protecting that Constitution, and leave other people alone. Stop trying to police the world.

Is Covid-19 a Plandemic?

What follows was copied from Proof The Pandemic Was Planned

Click on the purple link and it will take you to the actual article. All the supporting documents are there along with video and a long list of references so you can investigate for yourself.  This was intended to be a quick overview because Facebook immediately blocked content as I was trying to share the link.  Feel free to read the highlights below or go directly to the article linked above.

The World Bank shows that COVID-19 is a project that is planned to continue until… end of March 2025! So the intention is to continue it for another FIVE YEARS.

A group of over 500 medical doctors in Germany called ‘Doctors for Information’ made a shocking statement during a national press conference:  ‘The Corona panic is a play. It’s a scam. A swindle. It’s high time we understood that we’re in the midst of a global crime.’ This large group of medical experts publishes a medical newspaper on 500,000 copies every week, to inform the public about the massive misinformation in the mainstream media.

In Spain a group of 600 medical doctors called ‘Doctors for Truth’, made a similar statement during a press conference.

Germany and Spain are just two examples. Similar large groups of hundreds of medical experts exist in countries across the world.

In the USA a documentary called PLANDEMIC, which exposes COVID-19 as a criminal operation, is supported by over 27,000 medical doctors!  Why are these thousands of medical professionals worldwide saying the pandemic is a crime? What information do they have access to, that we are not getting from the mainstream media?

In 2015 A Testing Method Was Patented For… COVID-19.  In 2015 a ‘System and Method for Testing for COVID-19’ was patented by Richard Rothschild, with a Dutch government organization. Did you catch that? In 2015 – four years before the disease even existed – a testing method for COVID-19 was developed.

Millions Of COVID-19 Test Kits Sold In 2017 And 2018.

In 2017 Anthony Fauci made a very strange prediction, with an even stranger certainty. With complete confidence Fauci announced that during the first term of President Trump a surprise outbreak of an infectious disease would surely happen.

Here’s what he said: “There is NO QUESTION there is going to be a challenge for the coming administration in the arena of infectious diseases. There will be a SURPRISE OUTBREAK. There’s NO DOUBT in anyone's mind about this.”

In 2018 Bill Gates publicly announced that a global pandemic was on it’s way that could wipe out 30 million people. He said this would probably happen during the next decade. Melinda Gates added that an engineered virus is humanity's greatest threat and also assured this would hit humanity in the coming years.

A few months before the outbreak, Bill Gates – the world’s number 1 vaccine dealer – organized an event in New York City. Guess what the event was all about? It was a ‘coronavirus pandemic exercise’. Yes, you read that right:  Bill Gates organized a coronavirus pandemic exercise, right before it happened!

On the large display in the auditorium, you see the text printed: ‘We need to prepare for the event that becomes a pandemic.’ This pandemic exercise was called Event201 and took place in October 2019, literally right before the outbreak. Their conclusion was that all of humanity must be vaccinated.

Shortly after this ‘exercise for a coronavirus pandemic’ Bill Gates tweeted: I’m particularly excited about what the next year could mean for one of the best buys in global health: vaccines.

In September 2019 – also right before the outbreak – the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board released a report titled ‘A World At Risk’. It stressed the need to be prepared for… a coronavirus outbreak! On the cover of the report is the picture of a coronavirus and people wearing face masks.

In the report we read the following interesting paragraph:

‘The United Nations (including WHO) conducts at least two system-wide training and simulation exercises, including one for covering the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen.’

Did you catch that? They have been practicing for a deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen.

In 2018 The Institute for Disease Modeling made a video in which they show a flu virus originating in China, from the area of Wuhan, and spreading all over the world, killing millions. They called it ‘A Simulation For A Global Flu Pandemic.’ That is exactly what happened, two years later.

Why did they say it would come from China? Why not Africa, where far more diseases are present? Or why not South America? Or India? How could they know there would be a flu virus coming from China and even show Wuhan as the originating area, that would infect the whole world?

Where did the virus come from? One of the world’s leading experts in bio-weapons is Dr. Francis Boyle. He is convinced it originated from a bio-weapon lab in Wuhan, the Bio Safety Lab Level 4.

This facility is specialized in the development of… coronaviruses! They take existing viruses and ‘weaponize’ them, meaning they make them far more dangerous, to be used as a biological weapon.

Now comes the interesting part: in 2015 Anthony Fauci gave this very lab 3.7 million dollars.  Figure this: the same man who guaranteed a surprise outbreak of a virus in the next two years, gave almost 4 million dollars to a lab that develops coronaviruses.

Predictive programming is the process of informing the population about events that are soon to occur. The past years several movies and television series were produced, about… a global coronavirus pandemic! The film ‘Dead Plague’ depicts a global pandemic with a coronavirus and even mentions hydroxychloroquine as the cure.

Another film called ’Contagion’ shows how a coronavirus spreads globally with social distancing, face masks, lock-downs, washing of hands etc. as a result. Literally everything we see now, is predicted in detail in these movies.

Talking about predictive programming: during the opening show of the Summer Olympics in 2012, a coronavirus pandemic was played out for the eyes of the whole world. Dozens of hospital beds, large numbers of nurses becoming puppets of a controlling system, death lurking about, a demonic giant rising up over the world, and the whole theatre was lit up in such a way that, seen from the sky, it looked like a coronavirus. Why did the Olympic Games show a coronavirus pandemic in their opening show?

The author and investigator Robin de Ruiter predicted in 2008 that there would come a global lock-down. He said the purpose of this would be to create a new world of authoritarian control.

Because much of what he wrote back in 2008 is now happening right in front of our eyes, this book has been republished.

In 2014 the investigative journalist Harry Vox predicted a planned global pandemic and said why the ‘ruling class’ would do such thing:

‘They will stop at nothing to complete their toolkit of control. One of the things that had been missing from their toolkit is quarantines and curfews. The plan is to get hundreds of thousands of people infected with it and create the next phase of control.’

‘The plan is to get hundreds of thousands of people infected with it and create the next phase of control.’
HARRY VOX, RENOWN INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST

This renown researcher refers to a famous document by the Rockefeller Foundation in which everything we see happening now is literally predicted in great detail: the global pandemic, the lock-downs, the collapse of the economy and the imposing of authoritarian control. It’s all described with terrifying accuracy… ten years before it happened!

The document is titled ‘Scenario for the Future of Technology and International Development’. That says it all: a scenario for the future. It has a chapter called ‘LockStep’ in which a global pandemic is reported as if it happened in the past, but which is clearly intended as a rehearsal for the future.

The 2020 Pandemic Is Described In Horrifying Detail In The ‘Scenario For The Future’ By The Rockefeller Foundation Written In 2010.

The ‘Scenario for the Future’ continues with comparing two different responses to their predicted pandemic: the USA only ‘strongly discouraged’ people from flying, while China enforced mandatory quarantine for all citizens. The first response is accused of spreading the virus even more, while the imposing of a suffocating lock-down is praised. Then it goes on to describe the implementation of totalitarian control:

During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets.

Clearly the flexing of authority is the desired response. But it gets worse, according to this ‘Scenario of the Future’: ‘Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified.’ ‘In developed countries, this heightened oversight took many forms: bio-metric IDs for all citizens, for example, and tighter regulation of key industries whose stability was deemed vital to national interests.’

According To The Rockefeller Foundation A Global Pandemic Must Result In Increased Control, Where People Gladly Surrender Their Freedom, In Order To Feel Safe Again  -  [Handbook For Global Control]

Now that the announced pandemic is indeed here, the same Rockefeller Foundation came forward with step two: a handbook on how to implement new control systems during this pandemic. Only when all the required control networks are in place, can the world open up again.

When you combine the two Rockefeller documents, you see the plan:

1) First they announce a global pandemic with a coronavirus and say what it should lead to: a whole new level of authoritarian control.
2) Secondly they give practical steps on how to apply this control system.

‘Digital apps and privacy-protected tracking software should be widely used to enable more complete contact tracking.’

‘In order to fully control the Covid-19 epidemic, we need to test the majority of the population on a weekly basis.’

According to their ‘Scenario of the future’ the entire world population should get a digital ID that indicates who has received all the vaccines. Without sufficient vaccinations, access to schools, concerts, churches, public transport etc. will be denied.
Now in 2020 that is exactly what Bill Gates and many governments are calling for.

In a leaked government video (10) we see a conversation between former American president Bill Clinton and Andrew Cuomo, the governor of the state of New York. They discuss how to set up a large control system to test the entire population and check all their contacts. They discuss how to build an army to carry out this control system.

‘Hundreds And Hundreds Of Control Agents Must Be Appointed. They Test Everyone And Then Check All Their Contacts. This Has Never Been Done Before On This Scale. This Is An Army Of Interrogators Who Will Check Everyone’s Contacts.’ ANDREW CUOMO,GOVERNOR OF NEW YORK

Bill Gates also made it clear that only people who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 should be allowed to travel, go to school, attend meetings and work. Digital vaccine ID’s are already being developed  and Gates has a patent on the technology that makes it possible to trace an individual’s body anywhere. This technology is called WO2020-060606 . In addition, Gates wants to set up a global monitoring network, which will track everyone who came into contact with Covid-19.

The Plan: Inject Mankind With DNA Altering Vaccine
The famous investigative journalist Anthony Patch did years of research concerning the plans to control the world, by means of created pandemics and mandatory vaccines. During an interview in 2014 this researcher predicted the following:

‘They will release a man-made coronavirus. As a result the people will demand a vaccine to protect them. This vaccine will add a third strain of DNA to a persons body, essentially making them a hybrid. Once a person is injected, almost immediately their DNA undergoes a transformation. This genetic change will cause people to loose the ability to think for themselves, without them even being aware this happened. Thus they can be controlled easier, to become slaves for the elite.’

Of course that sounds insane and it is insane indeed. Yet we have to be aware that this professional investigator is no fool. He has done years of research and this is what he discovered over the years.

20 Years Of Research Says: The Vaccine Will Change Our DNA

Doctor Carrie Madej directed two large clinics in Georgia, before she went to the Dominican Republic to do humanitarian work. She studied DNA and vaccines for the past twenty years and made an urgent video in which she warns that there is a plan to inject humanity with very dangerous vaccines for Covid-19. The purpose of these new vaccines will be twofold:

1) reprogram our DNA and make us hybrids that are easier to control.
2) connect us to artificial intelligence through a digital vaccine ID, which will also open a whole new realm of control.

This medical expert says she has observed multiple times how diseases were spread over populations by aircraft. Because of safety reasons she is not able to share more details about this in public.
Depopulate The Earth By Means Of Organized Epidemics

Dr. John Coleman is a famous Intelligence Officer from the CIA who wrote a book titled ‘The Committee of 300’. In it he explains how secret societies manipulate governments, health care, food industries, the media and so on. This book can be found on the website of the CIA.

One of the primary goals of the many secret societies, that control governments and the media, is to depopulate the earth.

Dr. Coleman says the following about their strategy: ‘At least 4 billion useless eaters shall be eliminated by the year 2050 by means of limited wars and organized epidemics of fatal rapid acting diseases…’ DR. JOHN COLEMAN,
CIA INTELLIGENCE OFFICER

Maintain Humanity Under 500,000,000

In 1980 a granite monument was erected in Georgia, called the Guidestones. A set of 10 guidelines is inscribed on the structure in eight modern languages and a shorter message is inscribed at the top of the structure in four ancient language scripts. The first guideline goes as follows:

1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
The CIA officer Dr. Coleman revealed that one of their methods to ‘maintain humanity’ is to cause ‘organized epidemics of fatal rapid acting diseases’.

Using Vaccines To Reduce Humanity

During a TED talk Bill Gates echoed this goal, when he literally said that new vaccines can be used to reduce the world’s population with 10 – 15%!  ‘There are now 6.7 billion people on earth and soon there will be 9 billion. However, we can reduce that number by ten to fifteen percent if we do a good job with new vaccines, health care and birth control’. BILL GATES, VACCINE DEALER

Covid19 Vaccine - For Population Control?

Mike Adams is a published food scientist, author of the popular science book Food Forensics and founder of ISO-accredited CWC Labs. Years ago he said the following:

"An engineered bio-weapon will be released in population centers. There will be calls for massive government funding for the vaccine industry to come up with a vaccine. Miraculously they will have a vaccine developed in record time. Everyone will be required to line up and take this vaccine shot."

There is indeed a release of an engineered bio-weapon, followed by a vaccine mandate, massive government funding for the vaccine industry and a vaccine that is being developed in record time. The rest of his message is that this vaccine will slowly begin to kill millions – if not billions – of people over the course of a few years. It will be a kill-switch vaccine, designed to reduce the world’s population.

SUMMARY: WAS THE PANDEMIC PLANNED?

-
Thousands of medical doctors call the pandemic a global crime, and a world dictatorship with a sanitary excuse.

-Two years before Covid-19 came to the global scene, the European Union, the USA, China and other nations suddenly started exporting tens of millions of test kits for Covid-19.

-In 2013 a musician predicts a global pandemic with a coronavirus and says this will happen in 2020. He knew this because of personal investigation of so called ‘conspiracy theories’.

-In 2017 Anthony Fauci guaranteed a surprise outbreak of an infectious disease during the first term of the Trump administration.

-Right before the outbreak of a coronavirus pandemic, Bill Gates organized a global coronavirus pandemic exercise: Event201.

-Right before the outbreak the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board told the world to be ready for a coronavirus pandemic.

-In 2018 the Institute for Disease Modeling announced a global pandemic with a flu virus, originating in China in the area of Wuhan.

-In 2018 Bill and Melinda Gates announced that in the coming years there would be a global pandemic of an engineered virus.

-The coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 was created in the Bio Safety Lab Level 4 in Wuhan, which received millions of dollars from Anthony Fauci.

-Several movies depicted the coronavirus pandemic with great detail, and even mention hydroxychloroquine as the cure.

-The Summer Olympics in 2012 played a pandemic of a coronavirus during their opening show.

-The investigative journalist Harry Vox predicted in 2014 that a global pandemic would be caused, so the ‘ruling class’ could implement a higher level of authoritarian control.

-The investigative journalist Anthony Patch predicted a global pandemic with a man made virus, that would be used to force a DNA altering vaccine on humanity.

-Dr. Carrie Madej studied DNA and vaccines for decades and says the plan is to use the Covid-19 vaccine to start the process of transhumanism: reprogramming the human DNA.

-The CIA officer Dr. John Coleman studied secret societies and says their goal is to depopulate the earth by means of organized pandemics of fatal rapid acting diseases.

-In the state of Georgia a huge monument was erected in 1980 with ten guidelines for humanity, in eight languages. The first of these ‘Ten Commandments’ is that humanity needs to be reduced to half a billion people.

-Bill Gates said during a TED talk that new vaccines can be used to reduce the world’s population with 10-15%.

-The ‘health ranger’ Mike Adams predicted years ago what we see happening now: the release of an engineered bioweapon, followed by a vaccine mandate, massive government funding for the vaccine industry and a vaccine that is being developed in record time. He also predicted that this vaccine will kill innumerable people over the course of a couple of years.

-In 2010 the Rockefeller Foundation published the ‘Scenario for the future…’ in which they describe a coming global pandemic, that should result in the implementation of authoritarian control over the people, which will then intensify after the pandemic.

-In 2020 they publish a handbook on how to create this world of control, with a step by step guide. They say life cannot return back to normal, until the world has become ‘Locked Down’ with this top down control from authoritarian governments.

-We indeed see that Bill Gates and many others worldwide are right away seizing control in unprecedented ways, with enforcing vaccine ID’s, microchips that will be implanted into people, mandating the wearing of face masks, social distancing, forced lock-downs, extreme contact tracing, and so on.

-Part of this top down control is extreme censoring of every single voice from doctors, scientists or other experts that criticize what is going on.

The Suitcase

10/7/2020

Somewhere along the path of my life, I developed the concept of “the suitcase”. The suitcase is, basically, the baggage I choose to carry along with me during the course of my life. I’m not sure where the idea came from, but I have had this mental suitcase for most of my conscious life. We all have a mental suitcase, and a million times each day we are given an opportunity to decide what we want to put in there.

Now, keep in mind that the size of the suitcase is limited only by your imagination, and I keep mine fairly small as far as suitcases go. My suitcase is more like a carry-on. I see it clearly in my mind’s eye and it looks a lot like a case my grandmother had when I was growing up. Remember those old suitcases from grandma’s time? Mine is about 18” wide x 18” long x 8” deep, emerald green exterior, lined with white satin, and has the two fasteners on the front that pop open when you slide the fastener button outward. Remember? That’s my mental suitcase.

I can tell that some people have one of those old 1800’s steam trunks with all the little compartments and cubbies for storing stuff.  Black metal with wood and leather accents and a strap so you can drag it along behind you. You can see the weight of it on them even if you can’t “see” their suitcase. I think they’re beautiful, those cases, but I don’t want that mental suitcase. So, I keep mine small and I sift through it on a regular basis, adding this, removing that.

I’m having to do that now, which is why I’m once again furiously tapping the keyboard keys, organizing my thoughts and the contents of that suitcase as I go, and bringing you along and into the process as well. Why? Because these are skills that I have developed to help me along the way and maybe, just maybe, something I say or do will resound with you and help you too. So, let’s take a look into our suitcases today, together.

I am a collector. Some would say a hoarder. I collect all kinds of things for many different reasons. I get that from my mother. I am also perfectly capable of letting go of things that are cluttering up my space, making me feel closed in or weighed down, and that comes from my dad. It’s an interesting dichotomy and I embrace it because it has served me well over the years. I have had to let go of all, or almost all, of my earthly possessions so many times, whether by choice or from necessity, that I learned very quickly how to recognize what is important to me, and what is not. What serves me, and what hinders me. Admittedly, it has been a while since I looked into my suitcase.

All the good stuff is on the bottom. So many treasures I have collected over the years. And love. It is the love that I cherish the most, the love that lives within each of my treasures, the love that I wish to keep with me in it’s most pure and pristine form. Everything else must go. They’re not a true reflection of who I was, who I am now, or who I want to be in the future, so I don’t need them in my suitcase. My personal advice is to keep only those things that serve your highest good in your suitcase.

There is a good bit of fear tossed into mine along with it’s constant companion, disappointment. Fear of being hurt. Fear of loss. Fear of another disappointment. So many disappointments. We tend to hold on to those because we think we are protecting ourselves by doing so, but it’s not true. They’re very heavy and they tend to rattle around in my suitcase; the clanging of a ball and chain. Unyielding steel of prison bars.

What else do we have in here; trust issues. These remind me of jax. Remember jax from when we were kids? Throw them out on the table, bounce the little ball, and swipe up the jax in an increasingly complex manner until someone fails and someone else is a “winner”?  I burned up many hours playing jax with my sister when we were young. Anyway, my suitcase is full of these trust issues that look like shiny, pretty, little stars in multiple colors, and I can put them into play at any time, but have you ever stepped on a jax? They’re sharp, and pointy, and they hurt. She who juggles the most jax, as it turns out, isn’t the “winner” after all.

Now, the hardest part. The pocket that’s built into the inside of the lid. This pocket holds all those things I don’t want to look at every time I pop open my suitcase. The hidden things. Things I didn’t ask for but that other people have given to me, themselves so convinced of their value that I believed too. Illusionary trinkets that look like one thing but are actually something else. You know, like the rock that looks like Snoopy if you hold it just right, but is really, well, just a rock. This pocket is also like that stash of gifts we keep for birthdays we forgot about until last minute or holiday guests who pop in unexpectedly. I often reach in there and gift these things to others without any real forethought. This pocket is like a magician's black bag because when you peer into its depths you never really know what you’ll find. Discarding them isn’t easy either because they’re covered in a very sticky substance that wants to stick to you like hot gum on the bottom of your shoe.

Self proclaimed failures, for example. There is really no such thing as a “failure”. There are only failed attempts. False starts that for one reason or another didn’t end as we hoped. Maybe we didn’t have all the pertinent information in the beginning but once we received it we changed our course. That’s not a failure; that’s knowledge gained. Perhaps we worked for something because it was presented to us as right, good, and honorable, but we came to the understanding that it wasn’t a good fit, after all. That’s not a failure; that is self love. It could be that you worked so hard, worked so long, with single-minded determination, to attain this or achieve that, and when you had done so realized it couldn’t sustain you. That’s the toughest one of all, but that’s not failure. That’s wisdom.  At the end of the day, your self proclaimed “failures” are really, in essence, growth.

Something else you might find in that pocket are self limiting beliefs. “I’m not good enough, strong enough, beautiful enough, smart enough.” You’re wrong. You are the physical manifestation of the most powerful, limitless force of nature and this world will bend to your will; if only you would believe. You are source, in the flesh. You are a culmination of the very best of countless generations of ancestors. You are that which they manifested.

“Only through struggle do we find things of value, and valuable things are always hard to obtain.” You’re wrong. The most valuable things are those freely given. They flow to us with ease and grace, gliding easily through the door of thankfulness. The trick is being open to receive. The trick is believing you are worthy. The trick is recognizing the value of the gift you have been given.

“I’m only successful if I have a lot of “things” to impress other people. Pretty things, flashy things, expensive things.” You’re wrong. Less really is more. More freedom. More financial security. More space to just breathe. More time to be grateful, more time to appreciate, more time for thankfulness. More time to love, yourself and others. More time to explore the world, the world within and the world without. More time for discovery; for seeking those things that fulfill you, bring you joy, make you whole. More time to dream, to meditate, to manifest. Here, in the midst of “less”, is where we find more of everything.

Don’t be afraid to dig around in the darkness of that pocket of questionable stuff.  Shine your light in there, pull them out, and really look at them. Where did I even get that? Who “gifted” this to me without any real forethought? Why am I still carrying it around? Does it serve my highest good? Does it have any intrinsic value? Is it real? Is it true? 99.9% of the time, what’s in there, what we are afraid to really examine, is junk. Toss it and leave it where it lands. It’s not for you.

Now, all that is left in my suitcase are the things that I treasure. The love that I’ve shared with people. The magic of my babies, warm and safe in my arms. Memories of laughter, warm hugs, shared smiles. Side splitting belly laughs that took me by surprise. Thick warm socks after a cold, hard floor and the soft flannel shirt with the unfortunate hole.

The sense of big, wet, snowflakes falling into the stillness of the night, spotlighted by the glow of the moon while the rest of the world sleeps, missing the quiet beauty. The sound of fall leaves crackling under my feet as I wandered the wooded hills of my childhood home, the smell of wood burning stoves filling my nose. The freshness of a spring morning, honeysuckle wafting by on the breeze. An oasis of relief found under a giant oak tree in the heat of a midwestern summer day.

The memory of standing at the bus stop on a cold winter morning, the air so crisp and so cold that it froze nose hairs and chapped cheeks. Yes, even that memory is now treasured. Just as treasured as hearing mom call down to us that school was cancelled, because now we can truly appreciate that moment of rushing back into the warm, safe haven of “home”; stomping the snow from our feet, flinging coats, gloves, hats, and scarves as we raced to gather around the wood stove, moods elevated, joy in our eyes as we discussed snow day plans. Suddenly free. Memories from those snow day activities, when our world was young and our hearts were new. Some of my favorite treasures.

Memories of those I’ve encountered who’s eyes reflected back to me all that is beautiful about me. Other souls who feel so familiar and comforting, so beautiful and peaceful, loving to me then and still. Memories of a lover’s touch. Lessons that have been learned, the blessings from the pains, that guide us forward. So much to be treasured from my time in this place and those are the things that I wish to keep in my suitcase. Those are the things I will take with me when I leave this place. And, here’s the secret about those things. There is infinite space available in your suitcase for those things. They not only weigh nothing, but by some magical happenstance, they make us lighter.

So, how big is your “suitcase” and what are you keeping in there?

Stop Being A "Tool"!

As painful and scary as it is right now, it’s time for these old systems to be destroyed. It’s all a sham and we need to see it for what it really is. White vs black. Rich vs poor. Man vs woman. Conservative vs liberal. Democrats vs Republican. Religious belief system against religious belief system. Nation against nation. This was not our purpose! ANY group or organization that operates to sustain one of these paradigms is the enemy.

Look to your friends and neighbors. Have they really ever done anything to you that would cause you to hate, or are you looking at them with the queer eye because somebody outside yourself is telling you that they are your enemy? They’ve made you suspicious and fearful and you are letting them by lending your ear.

Take back your individual sovereignty! Take back your free will. Your neighbor is not your enemy, the system is your enemy.  KKK, BLM, Antifa, Bilderberg group, Family Planning, Child “Protective” services, United Nations (my ass!), ABC, CBS, NBC, Neo-Nazi groups, White Nationalists, Black Separatists, Anti-LGBT, Jewish Task Force, the list goes on and on!

Congratulations, you are now their TOOL!

Mentally Enslaved

While the Democrat party "appears" to be trying to help, it is no help to anyone when you continue to spread "victim mentality" and justify all kinds of new wrong-doing because it reinforces your political goals. All you have to do to see the true nature of the Democrat party is to look to the cities they control. If you refuse to do that, if you don't have the eyes to see, then nobody can help you.

Forcibly demanding that others, who have done nothing to victimize anyone, mu
st pay restitution makes no logical sense, is unconstitutional, and further perpetuates the victim mentality. Causing harm to others because of some perceived harm you have endured solves nothing.

For the record, both the Democrat and the Republican party are missing the mark in a lot of areas and I don't identify as either/or, but I'll remind you that the Republican party was formed because the Democrats were SO wrong in their policies that it was a must to balance that out. 99.9% of the time, the answer to our "differences" is somewhere in the middle.

What you are not seeing is that convincing someone they are a victim IS suppression in its purest form. Allowing someone to convince you that you are a victim is called MENTAL ENSLAVEMENT. Where will it end? We have ALL been victimized at some point in time.

I see no demand for "restitution" for the grandchildren of poor white share-croppers who were suppressed by the same forces as the slaves. One of my uncles was born in a cotton field because my grandmother had to pick cotton from sun up to sun down. She then continued to pick her required daily quota of cotton while she cradled her newborn. That's my history, but I'm not sitting in it.

No demand for "restitution" for women, even though we weren't freed until long after male slaves. My maternal ancestors were forced to live out lives that in no way aligned with their dreams, themselves slaves to a patriarchal society, but I didn't stay home and swim in that! Why? Because those same people instilled in me the need and the drive to "do better"! To take what they had managed to win for me and to run with it.

I'd like to note that women are still fighting that battle every day and winning. Not by violence, but in peaceful solidarity and dogged determination, aligning with those who recognize our value to society as a whole and ignoring naysayers while we prove them wrong. The past won't heal itself when there are those who will continue to pick at it to serve their own agenda. Stop perpetuating the victim role in these power games. ~ gmj

Free Will and Righteous Anger

6/1/2020

In the last few months I’ve had cause to put a lot of thought into both free will and righteous anger. Did you know both are God given super powers? You don’t realize you're powerful, but both are the means by which we shape the world we live in and both are gifted to us by God.

Recently, I was discussing with a co-worker the current attitudes we’re seeing as a result of the fear our media and government have instilled in people over Covid-19, and we now pay witness to these riots and the planting of new seed in the freshly plowed field of racial division. I see that now is the time to dust off those super powers and use them for the betterment of man, in a real, tangible way.

I’ve made it no secret how I feel about all these restrictive measures being forced on all of us because of Covid-19 and I know I’m not alone in that, but many will express the same and in the next moment they will don their masks and head to Walmart to follow directional arrows and stand on the little marked X’s like obedient little sheep. As if that could save them from a super virus.

I realize we were dealing with something that we had never encountered before, that we needed a moment to get a handle on how this virus spread from animals to humans and what that meant to us, and that there was legitimate cause for concern given the information, true or not, that we were getting from China. It behooved us to take precautionary measures.

However, given the widely conflicting reports we were getting once everyone had a moment to dig into the matter, and how YouTube and Twitter reacted to the release of that information, I was legitimately shocked by the progress of this shut down, how quickly the fear of neighbors developed, and the extremes that were being taken to “keep us safe”.
It’s even more confusing to me that it continues with no end in sight, and that people are not only willingly participating but are demanding more. I don’t think I’m alone in the fact that I feel like I’m watching a train wreck in slow motion.

How did we get here? Let me offer this one observation for your consideration. What is the one gift given to (wo)man that the angels, the devil, and even God Himself, can not / will not violate? Do you even remember? It’s free will. This is the single most important, and powerful, gift endowed by our Creator. In reality, while the church teaches you about free will, and while the government appears to encourage you to exercise your free will, both frown on your use of that gift, and will be quick to set you straight, if your “free will” doesn’t fall within the constraints they have placed upon you, and that, my friend, is the exact opposite of “free will”. If one is “compelled” to believe something, or to behave in a specific way, by anyone or anything outside oneself, that is not “free will”. How can you have free will when you’re operating within a contrived system that binds you with a never ending list of laws, restrictions, rules, and inevitable punishments?

So, what can you do when your free will, or the free will of others, has been usurped? Righteous anger. That’s right. Step into your righteous anger. But what is righteous anger? Righteous anger is the tool by which we correct a wrong in the right way. Don’t get it twisted though because the definition of righteous is “the quality of being morally right or justifiable”.

For example, what we are seeing, more and more often, in reaction to the moral wrongdoing of this group or that group, is in no way justifiable. Herein lies the disconnect. I can see the moral injustice. I believe the anger at that injustice is justifiable, but your expression of that anger is in NO way “righteous”, and by your actions and my unwillingness to participate in them, you have now deemed me “part of the problem”. No, sir. Just because I don’t agree with the expression of your anger, doesn’t mean that I’m not just as angry over what I see happening every day in this world.

It’s not the “act” that is dividing us more and more each day but your actions in response to the “act”, because now I, and the majority of society, can no longer join with you AND exercise our free will or our righteous anger. So, now, it appears that I, and others like me, are taking NO action. You assume that I am not angered and therefore must be complicit to “the act”. You have not only muddied the waters, you have effectively tied my hands. I can’t be associated with it, so now, you turn your anger on me, on your neighbors, and even family members, because we won’t take part in YOUR wrong-doing, or join you in the giving away of your free will.

If you had a gold coin, or one hundred gold coins, and someone tried to take one from you, there would be swift and justifiable actions against the one digging in your coin purse. But the value of that gold coin is fleeting and determined by man. It only has the measure of worldly value assigned to it. Free will and righteous anger, however, delivered to you by the hand of God, has untold value. It also brings immense responsibility in the exercise of those gifts in His stead, for we are His presence in the flesh. Therein lies the super powers given to each of us, the tools by which we can complete God’s work on this earth. Yet you will not only willingly hand it over freely, but you will condemn me by your words and deeds because I recognize the value you overlook.

I can’t stop you from giving away your free will. I can’t make you channel your anger toward a righteous resolution because of your free will. But, I won’t give you mine, and I will save my righteous anger for the day when the air is cleared of the stench left behind by your actions; some future time when clearer heads will prevail. Free will and righteous anger will win the day, believe me, but how much quicker could we resolve the issues we face if you learned to properly exercise both your free will and righteous anger? See how that works? You’re not helping; you are hindering. ~ gmj

The World You Are Building

5/25/2020

My generation has accumulated 50+ years of real world experience and knowledge and we have watched the world as we know it crash and burn in ways both large and small many times.

We've seen great improvements in how we treat people from an interpersonal perspective, which I personally applaud, but we also recognize the quick erosion of the freedoms of the collective as though it was an equal exchange.

How do you take freedom from some, bestow it on others, and walk away thinking you have done something? It's smoke and mirrors, people.

My generation was also privileged by, and smart enough to cash in on, the wisdom and knowledge shared by the 2 generations that preceded us. Cautionary tales that are now playing out before us in high definition.

If you can't lay claim to an equal amount of actual real world knowledge and experience, if you've not walked a mile in the shoes of those who came before you, please stop rolling up on us like you got this. You should be listening to the generation that came before you, not trying to talk over them.

Maybe we weren't perfect, but we were steadily working toward improving on the growth of the generations that came before us, not trying to undo the progress of the last 200+ years.

You may want to look more closely at the world you are busily creating. You will live in it far longer than we will.

Go With Your Gut. . .

4/11/2020

You know the saying, "follow your gut"? Scientists have found that our gut area contains nerve endings with enough intelligence equivalent to a dog's brain. Dogs are pretty smart. And, by learning to focus on our gut, which sends all kinds of signals to the body and brain, we can literally follow the path meant for us in this life. The brain and the heart can be swayed, but the gut never lies. It rings true though, doesn't it? How many times do we say we should have followed our gut? Your brain and your heart will mislead you. The brain projects "best possible outcome" (based on what you know in this moment or have been programmed to believe) and the heart is all emotion. The gut has no skin in the game. The gut is your "true north".

Change your focus - Change your life.

In a nutshell, quantum physics has proven that what we observe (focus on) is basically "activated" by our very observation (or focus).

Pay attention to what you are focusing on right now.  Turn off the news. Don't listen to the fear mongers.

Instead, look at what is actually happening in the real world. We've been forced to take a pause. To rest. All outside interference has been cleared away and we can now choose what we wish to focus on.

All social obligations removed. Our normal distractions are no longer available to us. What do you see?

Families spending time with each other in a real way. Strangers offering love and support to each other.

Maybe you are re-examining the path your life has taken? Spending time delving into an aspect of your life that you wouldn't normally have time to explore?

It could be that you are realizing the things/people in your life that no longer serve you. Maybe, just maybe, this was done FOR US rather than TO US.

Think about that and change your focus.

Embodied Source: The Love of All Loves

1/19/2020

Love is the most powerful force in the universe and when you have it, love radiates from within; a tangible, living, essence. It flows from our hearts, shines in our eyes, and rests as the smile on our lips. The overflow often makes its way over dampened cheeks, dripping from our chin, it’s droplets reaffirming, cleansing, healing. It coats the words we bring forth, feeding those who are starved for its knowing. We will give them the power to believe again because we dare to love the love of all loves.

I choose love because love is The Source. If I am one with The Source then I must strive to operate from a place of love. Love for my fellow man who dwells in darkness and confusion; so displaced and disconnected we have forgotten who we are. It’s all I can do because Source dwells within me and I within Source. I am Source.

It will be through love that the world will be mended and we will once again come into harmony with The Source, for Source is the beginning and the end of such love. The Alpha and the Omega. But we must first reconnect. We must remember who we are and why we are here.

I say to you that you are the Source, embodied in flesh, placed in the land of the shadows, and charged with lighting the way. Through us Source will finish what Source began, bringing into fruition His vision for mankind, until mankind once more ascends into that higher state of being, which is Source.

I Did This On Purpose

12/31/2019

Our relationship with the universe has always fascinated me. I say relationship because that’s what it is in the simplest language. We interact with it without conscious thought because we are the same substance. We operate on the same frequencies and speak in the same native tongue. We are one with each other. I instinctively knew this early on in life but I couldn’t explain it and didn’t even know yet that this was uncommon. I certainly didn’t know how to control it and hints of it started appearing somewhere around the time I turned two years old.

First came the knowing of things. Bits of knowledge I plucked from some universal library of information. I could feel a person’s energy, sometimes tell exactly what they were thinking or feeling but not saying, and even sense things that were about to happen immediately, or in the near future. I still recall the bafflement I felt upon learning everyone couldn’t do that. They didn’t have this sense of knowing; a symbiotic relationship with the world around them. They didn’t hear or feel; they didn’t see. It was innate to me.

Over the years I learned to heed that still voice or feeling inside me. Learned to stretch my mind and reach into that universal library of knowledge. I would read palms, weave dreams, accept that crazy thought as valid and act on it, even trust my instincts because the gut just knew. But as time went on and life got busy, there would be times in my life when I ignored it. At other times I would open myself to it, gathering whatever information I needed before tucking it back in it’s box, which is where I kept it, for the most part, from 2004 until sometime in 2011.

As the last hours of 2019 ticked away, I found myself reflecting on the path that brought me here. It occurred to me that it was around 2011 when I first began manifesting the life I wanted for myself now; eight years later. From a room of desperate unhappiness, anger, frustration, pain, and sadness, I instinctively reached out for that connection and began the work of changing my mind, my situation, and my life; brick by brick. I began to manifest by sheer power of will my current life. The realization went something like this:

Still, quiet voice in my head: “You’re happy.”

Me: “I’m not quite there.”

Still, quiet voice in my head: “You have everything you once wanted so badly you could taste it.”

Me: “There are missing pieces. I want more.”

Still, quiet voice in my head: “You're thinking like the you of yesterday, which you are no more. During the process of changing your life, you also changed who you are. You must now re-evaluate and manifest what you want in this moment for the new you.”

Me: “That’s deep, quiet voice in my head.”

Of course I also learned during that same time that before you can have something new the old has to fall away. Universal laws don’t bargain, they clear the path for what’s next, and when you understand that, you stop fearing the loss and start listening for the invitation. I did this on purpose."

Those Shoes

12/31/2019

"I'll tell you what, Sissy, I'll buy you those tennis shoes, but I'll also buy you these high heels, and when you're not at school, you'll wear the high heels." I looked in my dad's eyes, then at the floor, considering, knowing I didn't want to make that bargain but I did want the tennis shoes. I already knew at this point that life was going to be a long cycle of compromising with people who wanted me to be something I wasn't, in exchange for a little bit of who I really was. So, I left that store with both the tennis shoes I wanted and the heels that I knew were going to be the bane of my existence.

I did try to uphold my end of the bargain, but, really, I never wore shoes at all when I was at home, preferring instead to run our property in my bare feet, the feel of the earth beneath me, connecting me to a source I didn't yet recognize but one I knew I must have. But, my inner sense of honor kept forcing those shoes to the front of my consciousness, and they called to me, demanding I uphold my end of the bargain.

They were beautiful shoes, and I picked them out myself, trying them on and taking them for a spin mostly out of curiosity. Light tan, about a two-inch heel, nothing too risque or dangerous for a first run, but I wasn't born to them. I do believe the wearing of heels is a natural born talent. So, I wore them when I went to the grocery store, when I went to check the mail, sometimes just around the house, trying to get my ankles to behave, trying out different step patterns because the sound of the heels on the floor annoyed me, goodbye ninja moves, and ended up with a walk I'm sure looked awkward and unnatural.

My hatred for the shoes grew quickly, as did my disgust at myself. I'd seen this done a million times. Women all over the world were doing this every day, all day; what was wrong with me?! But this was a journey, and the next step in the journey, the next natural step for parents seeing their daughter blossoming into womanhood, apparently, was pantyhose. Word to those who come after me; you can not hand a chubby twelve-year-old a pair of pantyhose with no more instruction than, "put these on"!

What followed could have been a circus act if it hadn't been so pitiful. I pulled them from the pack and just stood there looking at them in awe and not a little trepidation. I was not a thin girl, by any standard, and the first thing I noticed was those things didn't look like they'd fit my nine-year-old sister, who was a "thin girl". But I'm an optimist, and never afraid to try, so try I did.

First, I tried to put them on like I put on my pants. One leg, all the way up to above the knee, then the next leg. Big mistake. I ended up flat on my back on my bed, one leg straight out in the air, the other leg bent back to my chest as I struggled to get my foot first into the pantyhose and then all the way down to the toe area, rolling side to side, struggling to take in air, face red, sweat beading. Finally, the legs went down and I just flopped on the bed trying to catch my breath, knowing there had to be an easier way to do this.

Next, I tried first one foot, then the other, slowly working them up my legs in tandem. Ten minutes later I had them back up to just above the knee and was feeling much like the first man on the moon must have felt. This was uncharted territory, and I was doing it! But, Houston, we had a problem. The combination of the "control top panty" and the softly rounded thighs topped by well-padded womanly hips was enough of a struggle to throw me into a temper tantrum of historic proportions which resulted in me ripping the pantyhose off and throwing them on the floor to be stomped on, repeatedly. There was sweat and there were tears. The blood would come later.

Through sheer determination and lots of practice, I did eventually learn how to get pantyhose on, but it was not a pretty process, and let me say it was a wise decision to sell them in packs of three. Who knew a hangnail could be so destructive? I was feeling especially proud of myself at this point. I had conquered the pantyhose, and I could walk with some semblance of normalcy in the heels.

And then appeared the dress to match. Should have seen that coming. I donned them all and took off down the hill to Grandma's house to show off my accomplishments. I was a young woman! A young woman who wore pantyhose and heels and I had the world by the tail. Until I spotted my sister sitting on the swing halfway there.

When I think back on what happened next, like many such episodes in my life, I remember in slow motion. Live Technicolor; reel by reel. That rope swing, hanging from the biggest oak tree in our front yard, was the pinnacle of my childhood, and my sister my lifelong playmate. And there I stood, at a crossroads between childhood and adulthood. I wanted to swing with my sister, and I wanted to show off my new clothes. "Come give me a push, Ginny." my sister said. I did waiver. I hesitated, looking at Grandma's house and back at Leona on the swing. And again, I decided to compromise. I would give her one good push and then go on to Grandma's.

The best push, the most economical when you don't have a lot of time, the one that will give maximum height to the swinger is, of course, the "over-under". So, I positioned myself behind my sister, grabbed the seat of the swing, and pulled her back and as high as I could before taking off at a dead run, thrusting her over my head while I went under the seat of the swing. It was a perfectly executed "over-under", gold medal worthy had it been an Olympic event.

And then it happened. I was betrayed by my ankles. Ankles that protested heels. Ankles that had apparently been plotting revenge against me from the beginning for forcing them to hold a position that the human ankle was not intended to hold for lengthy periods of time. In mid-stride my ankle just ... let go, throwing me to the ground. Of course, I was still on a dead run downhill, and science being what it is, I did not come to a sudden and complete stop. No, I continued downhill on my stomach for a good 10 feet. Arms stretched out trying to stop myself and looking like the star player sliding into the home base to save the game.

I could hear my sister laughing. Hysterically. Like, had to stop the swing so she wouldn't fall off, laughing. After catching my breath and assuring myself that nothing was broken, hoping for the best, I picked myself up to assess the damage. I was a mess. The dress was now dirty, the pantyhose were shredded, and I was bleeding from scraped arms and knees. I was devastated.

I think it was in that moment that I made the decision to draw the first line in the sand when it came to compromise. There would be many more lines to come, but that was the first. I wasn't the high heels, pantyhose, dresses, hours putting on makeup and styling my hair kind of girl. I'm a keep it simple, slap on some mascara, jeans and t-shirts for comfort, flip-flops girl. And that's okay. I'm okay with that.

It was a struggle and there was a price to pay because of course people can't "let you be". I've spent my life being bombarded with well-meaning advice on how to be a better me. A prettier girl. Some were hurtful, extremely judgmental, and downright rude but, I digress. Nothing is harder for young people trying to fit in and be accepted by peers than to be "different". I have since found my comfort level and enjoy dressing up, the make-up,and even heels but still, by their very existence, the "girly-girls" make me feel inferior.

Don't get me wrong. I do have female friends. Women I admire and love. Women of great beauty. Not because of their visage, but because of their spirit and strength. Women are amazing creatures. They will reach out from within their own pain and comfort another. They will cry tears for you and with you. They can draw you out and hold you down. They will fight with tooth and claw and love with tender mercies. And, if you are patient and kind, they will show you their true beauty in all its splendor. Beauty queens, tomboys, plain Janes, and the girl-next-doors. All of them that I hold dear are forever exquisitely beautiful to me.

But those shoes at the beginning of my story? I knew in my gut that those shoes were not for me. They were nothing more than the passing curiosity of a young woman trying to feel her way. I didn't want them, but I did want to please my father, and I did want to try to fit in so I wouldn't stand out. Because that is what our society teaches us; to fit in as opposed to standing out. I wasn't of an age to question any of it and at that stage of life "standing out" can be quiet scary and uncomfortable.

But, that was exactly what I wanted to do. I wanted to stand out, be my own self, not conform to social pressures that made absolutely no sense and really had no definitive value to me. Everything in me resisted conformity and even though I manage to fake it, for the most part, it's a constant struggle. It was and is an uncomfortable state for me. I don't think at the heart of it all that we are meant to conform.

Unfortunately, the non-conformers are given labels that are designed to set us apart from the conformers; to shame us into conforming. Just labels. I'm learning to feel them. Acknowledge them. Even embrace them. I will continue to try to be my most authentic self, in spite of, and in direct defiance to, the pressure to spend what may well be my only life conforming to an existence others believe is proper and necessary. Conformity is for society's comfort; not the individual's.

Remember Who You Are

The more I learn and contemplate, the more certain I am that I'm not entirely "christian" in my beliefs and thoughts. Not in the traditional sense. I was not raised in the church so I don't have a deep rooted belief system that I am constantly having to justify or defend,  especially when it is nothing more than misinformation, half truths, or is in direct opposition to something said elsewhere in the Bible or other religious writings of the time. There are nuggets of truth in those teachings but they have been altered, covered, if you will, by the Church. . .our spiritual leaders.

We know they did it. We know because no thing that is hidden shall remain so. The “Word” that we live by today is basically a redacted version of the truths we were given about ourselves and the world we live within; reinterpreted to fit the agenda of the time under the direction of King James for the Church of England and completed in 1611 A.D. 1600+ years after the death of Christ.

We KNOW because the original documents have resurfaced centuries later with more detail. Lost teachings that were inflammatory left out and deemed blasphemous by the Church; passages found to be misinterpreted, deliberate or not remains to be seen, and still, few question the now traditional teachings from this book. These are the ones you will follow? You will form yourself to their image and according to their will? Of course, they left us with this warning, a final shot of fear:

"And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."

In other words, don’t question us, don’t change this message, and only seek answers through our trusted emissaries, or you will suffer dire consequences. For all eternity. Let's look at that real quick.

Our spiritual leaders reinvented hel or helle, originally merely a place of concealment, derived from the root of Kel or Kol meaning to cover or to conceal, into a fiery realm of brimstone and demonic torture called “hell” to scare its converts into adhering to their agenda. Hell is, simply put, a separation.

Our spiritual leaders changed a word that meant “the act of missing the mark” into an act that will send you to this fiery pit of hell for eternity, as sin surely will do, and then determined what would constitute “sin”. They would have you believe that doing something considered “wrong” by your peers will brand you a sinner and send you straight to that fiery place of punishment.

They would have you believe that God, creator of all things, is in no way responsible for our so-called sinful acts. That is to say, acts our spiritual leaders have deemed a sin. No man can determine such things and no consideration is given to the fact that if the performance of that act, that sin, was God’s purpose for you here then why would you be eternally punished?

Have you not completed the task He put before you even at the foundation of the world? Have you not fulfilled your role in the completion of His divine purpose according to His will? So, now, eternal hell and damnation? His ways are not our ways; His understanding is not ours.

If your eye offends you, pluck it out lest it cause you to sin. What does that even mean? Can an eye actually make you sin? The literal translation being if something offends you about yourself you should not attempt to conceal it. You should deal with that thing that may be a stumbling block on the path to your salvation. The implication being that what I perceive as wrong may not be wrong to you as it may cause you no offense. Hence the admonishment to “judge not” for we know not another individual's path to salvation.

My truth, and yours if you are brave enough, is that I was created as I am [thoughts, emotions, strengths, weaknesses, abilities, and gifts] for a reason. My Maker knew me before I was in my mother's womb - before I was given this physical form crafted by His own hands. He knows me down to the number of hairs on my head. He designed me inside and out.  I am beautifully and wonderfully made in His image and I am beloved by Him.

Yet, this man made belief system would convince me that the very act of living in this physical form makes me now somehow unworthy of Him! What? No! Who are those that would presume to speak for our Creator? Who among us can judge His creation and find it lacking?

Who would contend that they have divine knowledge such that they can somehow lead me to salvation or send me to certain and irrevocable death?  You have no right to deem me unworthy and no authority was given to you to do so. Your judgement of me could well be your downfall.

Our Creator is not concerned with the physical and is no respecter of persons, because we are not physical beings looking for a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a physical experience.

This man made belief system would have you believe that we are not already that from which we are formed. Like equals like.  Apples can not create an orange, Cows can not create a horse. We came from Gods and therefore we are gods. So it is said; ‘You are gods, and all of you are children of the Most High.’

The Hebrew word translated “gods” is
Elohim, which literally means “gods” or “mighty ones”. "Verily, verily, I say to you, He that believes on me, [heeds My teaching] the works which I do shall he do also, and he shall do greater than these". What are we to do? Heed Him. What did He say? You are gods.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him [heeds His teaching] should not perish but have eternal life". Jesus had one job. He came that we would know we are saved.

He came to remind us of who we are, why we are here, and what comes next, by His example. Why? Because we have forgotten who we are; the physical embodiment of The Holy Ghost, put in this place and time to finish the work of the I AM. He, the only begotten Son, was sacrificed for us. How loved we must be in our iniquity.

Our spiritual leaders will tell you if you don’t attend their services, faithfully tithe 10% of your wealth (minimum) to them, trust in outside and outward things to save you while confessing your “sins” to them in order that they may intercede on your behalf for forgiveness, then you will surely die. Are these the "false prophets" of which we were warned? The truth is that we are temples of God’s spirit. We are granted His Divine power in all things that pertain to life and godliness.

Our task is not to return to some nebulous place in the sky for the Kingdom of God is here.  It is “at hand” and within each of us. Our refusal to look inward as we are instructed, our insistence as a people in looking outward for worldly guidance regarding spiritual matters, is why I believe we are told that narrow is the way to salvation while wide is the road to destruction.

Why concern yourself with what spiritual leaders think and believe when we are each endowed with the same light? E
ven as He chose us before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. Therein is the free gift of God; salvation freely given and not the result of works. We are physically embodied souls trying to navigate this existence; bumbling around in our blindness, yet somehow, and in some way, fulfilling daily our purpose.

But, like the sheep we are so-called, we endeavor to form ourselves in the image of our worldly “spiritual leaders”, these false gods, rather than remain in the image of our Maker. We seek out their counsel rather than the Holy Spirit which is given to each of us.

When you come before Him again at the end of your life will He even recognize you or will He say He does not know you? I say honor your Maker; do not honor "the church". Look within for your salvation for it is not "out there". The only true commandment - encapsulated in the now familiar Ten for those who need more detailed instruction - is "Harm None".  That includes you. Save yourself.

Why We Are Here

4/20/2018

I have always let my thoughts and emotions spill out on paper where I can express myself in a way I can’t do verbally. Perhaps because some things are too difficult to verbalize. Some things you can’t bear to say out loud because once they’re given voice they become living extensions of ourselves.

So, at a young age, I began to write. I wrote in notebooks and on notebooks. On scraps of paper and abandoned napkins. Mom saw and she bought me a journal for my birthday one year. I remember flipping through those blank pages envisioning my words written on them, thinking that now, finally, I could say some things!

Other than a handful of poems, most of my writings were destroyed by a fire of my own making. I wish I had those now; wish I could revisit and reacquaint myself with that young girl/woman. Reconnect with her in that way. Why did I do it? Fear. Fear of exposing myself.

I was all there in those notebooks; anger, fear, doubt, pain, but also joy and laughter and hopes and dreams. I didn’t want people to see that. Didn’t want them to see me! Accidentally leaving one sensitive missive out in the open and the resulting panic from thinking that someone would pick it up was the catalyst for the burning of 1984.

Today my mother left us. That’s what brings me here to the blankness of pages that I will fill with the thoughts crowding my mind. Mom would approve. She always wanted to write a book but as it turned out she was more a talker than a writer.

I guess in hindsight I should have tried harder to help her get her words on paper because I now recognize, hours after her passing, the importance of having your voice heard in this world. How telling our stories somehow makes us real. Makes the journey through this existence mean something in a way nothing else can.

Our stories tell who we are and who we once were. Our stories chronicle our triumphs and our sorrows. They tell of our pleasure, pain, laughter, and tears. They can shine a light or cast a shadow on those in our lives. I say all this because now, following her death, her stories are what remain. They are what I’m thinking of as I stare at photos that resemble the mother that I hold in my heart and in my mind’s eye. She’s there, in her truest essence, in the stories she shared with me.

This realization also comes at the end of a very trying time in my personal life. My marriage over, my family torn apart, my mother sick and rapidly becoming someone I loved but whom I no longer recognized. The demands of trying to pull my life back together while taking care of Mom, holding down a full-time job, and trying to take care of my own children, proved to be too much for me.

I felt like I was coming apart. I could not hold it together. My mind didn’t feel like my own and my body had gone full-on rogue; refusing to sleep, not wanting to eat. This after the stress eating phase during which I packed on sixty-five pounds.

Then, brutal anxiety attacks and trips to the emergency room for help regaining some semblance of control. I was broken open. Fully exposed, had anyone bothered to look, and at the same time buried alive. I was shutting down and I was afraid for myself in a way I had never been before.

I asked for help. I tried to explain. But, I had completely sold everyone I knew on the image I had projected for years and now they didn’t buy it, couldn’t believe the truth of the matter. I was the strong one. The “get it done” one. Even now, most still can’t see or they refuse to believe, whichever best fits their needs. The truth is that I was, as my daughter’s favorite quote goes, a “pitiful fool at the end of his pitiful rope.”

Help came from a stranger in answer to a prayer I neither had the strength to compose nor the faith to speak. He came, peered into the very heart of me, and began to rebuild me one kind word at a time. Some tough love, too, as it was needed. Never underestimate the kindness of strangers.

What you are reading, this entire website, is my attempt to remain open and exposed. To show the real and authentic me to the best of my ability. So that you may know me, yes, but also to show that it’s okay to be known. It’s why we are here; it’s why we came.

A self righteous jack-ass I'll call Christian

9/4/2015

I don't usually wade into the religion debates, because there are no clear winners; only a bunch of people who have an opinion based on an interpretation by someone identified as a church leader. I believe we're all hanging on by faith to whatever our belief is, because unless you've been there, death, and came back, none of us really KNOW.  We believe. We trust.  We hope. And we have faith.  But,  we are trusting in the words of other mortals, words colored by THEIR beliefs. But, I digress.

I was in downtown St. Louis last Tuesday, in the very back of a medical transport van.  The driver I recognized from my Lord's Ranch days, so I knew he was a Christian. Of course, the AM Christian radio station was also a dead giveaway. Rush hour traffic was moving predictably slow, and I noticed a woman walking along the median holding a sign that said, "Living On Love".

Clearly, this woman was asking for help. She was thin, and dirty, and had what could possibly be all her worldly goods in her worn out back-pack.  I noticed the driver rolling down the window and thought, "Good, he's going to give her a few dollars." But, no.

He very nicely said, "Living on love, huh? I know someone who loves you",  and then began to tell her how Jesus loves her, and does she know where she's going (when she leaves this place). Now, I know Christians are supposed to spread the Word, but immediately several things went through my head that struck me. First was, "what a self-righteous jack-ass".

You read that right.  A self-righteous jack-ass.  What did Jesus tell us to do when we see someone in need?  Did he tell us to tell them, "Jesus loves you." and then send them off down the road still hungry?  I don't think so.

I believe there are many examples of what Christians are supposed to do, but here's one that's pretty clear; 1 John 3:17-18 - "Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth."  This gentleman probably felt pretty good about himself for telling that woman Jesus loved her, but did those words help that woman that day?  Was she no longer hungry?

We are supposed to live by Jesus' example.  When the lame approached Jesus, or the sick, poor, even those mentally deranged, did Jesus merely tell them HE loved them and move on?  I don't think so.  He did some thing.  "Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven".

There is a time and a place to share the Word.  Giving someone who is hungry a platitude we all learned our first day of bible school is not the Lord's work.  Feeding the hungry?  That sounds more appropriate.  Deuteronomy says, "you shall open your hand to him and lend him sufficient for his need, whatever it may be."

And I know what you are thinking, as I have had the same thought many times.  Another mistake I think we make is assuming this woman was just a slacker.  Too lazy to work to support herself and just looking for some easy money she'll probably spend on booze or drugs.  Right?

First, we are only responsible for our own actions.  Let that sink in.  The Lord instructed us to "open our hand and lend her sufficient for her need".  He didn't tell us to wonder what she'll do with what she is given, just to give!  What she does with it is between her and the Lord.  Our job is to GIVE IT. What did we learn the second day of bible school?  Judge Not!

Another assumption that was immediately made was that this woman couldn't possibly be a Christian. Why did he assume she was a non-christian?  Because she had fallen on hard times? How many times in the Bible were people put to this test?

One guy was instructed to go to another land where a widow would sustain him for a time. Now, who would want to be that guy?  He had to seek out this widow who had only enough grain to feed her and her child one more time and here he is telling her to feed him first!  And go fetch me some water too!?  Oh, sweet Jesus!  And the woman did it.

How do you think that guy looked when he found the widow there gathering sticks? Finest clothes, bathed, and smelling of expensive oils?  I doubt it.  Doesn't the Word say, "Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares"?  I believe if that woman hadn't done as instructed she and her child would have been left begging in the street, or worse.

What about Job? He was blameless and upright. He feared God and turned from evil. I believe he was much loved by God, but he was put through hell! How do you think he looked at the end of his ordeal before God restored him? If he walked up to your car in downtown St. Louis, what would your response be?

My final thought: Jesus told us to LOVE, not in word, but in deed and in truth.  Love = action.  If the driver didn't feel led to give the woman some coin or food, I believe he would have been better off just driving on.  I don't believe he found any favor with the Lord that day.
